Ordered online for delivery the other day. Door dasher had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes because the restaurant had no chips. Wasn’t really mad about that. Mind you this is 9pm at night. Received my order which was a carnitas bowl with guac & lettuce totally missing. Guac is an extra charge as is. Messaged into support and they tried offering a free drink first, then chips and guac, then a bogo bowl instead of offering a free replacement for the item they messed up. Never really dealt with a company try to work around correcting their error so hard before. May be switching to Qdoba…

Walked in to order lunch using a gift card and was told they don’t have any food to serve and I would need to order online to get food because they were prioritizing online orders over in store customers. This seems kind of backwards. If the store is open they should ensure they are making enough food to feed customers walking in during their open hours. So I then had to order online and could not use the gift card I had intended to use to pay for the food. Love Chipotle but they need to work on a better system for handling online orders if they are unable to fulfill customers orders for those coming inside to eat.

I am not coming to this location ever again. I ordered through the app. Picked up my order opened up my bowl and was wondering where my food was at. Went back into the store to ask for the bowl to be remade. Was told that is our portion size. I have been going to chipotle for over 10 years and have never seen a bowl like this before. This is ridiculous and will be reported to corporate. I spent over $12 for this?

This location is a joke, nobody is professional, if we say I want this not that by pointing fingers to dish they think we are being disrespectful and instead of clearing that misunderstanding with me they feel happy taking about me to their coworker as if I can’t see or hear them. They all have a different level of attitude. It was my third time there first was good but my second and third time was horrible. Worst chipotle I have ever been to. Try to avoid these people if you want your day to be good.

Was on a movie day with my friend. Ate at Chipotle at Grand Prairie. I had the chicken al pastor, Everett had 3 tacos. All was very good. A very relaxed atmosphere. Both the employees and other diners were talkative and polite. Will definitely be going back.

Whoever is running this place needs to really reconsider their business practices. There is garbage everywhere. None of the tables are clean. The food is cold. And instead of cleaning up the employees are sitting in the middle of the restaurant playing with their phones. There is not a single customer in line. Disgusting. This used to be a nice Chipotle but I’ll never step foot in here again. There’s literally food thrown all over the checkout area and they’re not even bothering to clean it up. Wow… Zero stars

To start off, I met a few friends later in the day. The place was extremely dirty & an employee refused to clean the booth section, until another employee mentioned it to her. I ordered a steak bowl, & they must use the cheapest steaks around because it was tough, chewed, & too many grissles! Absolutely disgusting. I’ll probably never go back. I like this restaurant chain, but this particular location needs some work! They have some of the worst employees of the branches I’ve visited! The food at this location is ok, but other locations seem to prepare the food and put the bowls together with attention in mind.
