We have been to this restaurant many times, but I’m not sure after tonight we will be back. The entire dining room was filthy. The floor was sticky or slippery; the tables were all dirty; the floor was dirty with garbage and food debris. The employees were either frustrated or unhappy, and although there appeared to be 4-5 employees on hand, there were only 2 out front- one on register and one making food. The food counter was a mess and looked like very small children had been playing there. They were out of chips, salad lettuce, and fajita vegetables. Our food was not very hot. The lemonade dispensers were not in operation and we had to wipe off a table to sit down to eat. This was very disappointing.

Filthy! Only 3 customers in store. Every table top was covered in food. Garbage on the floors. Even worse behind the counter; liquid spills & food all over the floor. Food prep area was trashed to the point that my entire bowl, top to bottom, was covered in ingredients that weren’t in my order just from being touched by the employee. Gross.

First I just want to say that the team servicing front line did a fantastic job and very kind. As we were ordering we noticed people in the back cutting meat etc. were on their phones constantly and eating chips then went right back to cutting meat before changing gloves. We have noticed a great change in this chipotle over the last couple of months but this was very concerning and seemed very unsanitary.

The food was pretty well-prepared, with the exception of the soggy fajita mix. The crew members on the line, however, were rude and hard to deal with. The dining room was also extremely dirty and unattended to throughout our visit. There were 3 managers visible, but they were otherwise occupied with a catering order.

Great service, go there every Sunday evening for over a year. I’d say 9.5/10 times we get large portions and everything is perfect. Staff get busy cleaning as soon as there is down time and restrooms are clean. The manager works very hard to make sure everything is right and will go the extra mile to ensure you are happy even if you have to wait.

I was at my sons graduation @ UoI and went here to get something to eat before heading back home on 2 hour drive. The workers definitely weren’t about the experience, it could be because it was around 830 pm. I ordered a burrito, the tortilla was hard and cracking as I was eating, never had that. The floors were really dirty and sticky, the bathroom looked like hasn’t been cleaned in days and napkins all over the floor. I have been to many Chipotle before and there always clean and food on point with exception of putting names on take away order. This place is definitely the dirtiest chipotle that I have been to.
