I haven’t had Chipotle in a while but always thought it was great. I can say I probably won’t be back, definitely not to this location. The woman putting together orders was quite short with me as I ordered. It looked like she had to try to fulfill web orders in between people in line and she was the only one working orders, so that’s not a good process. Doesn’t mean she should be snippy to customers though. Add to that my burrito wasn’t good…the carnitas was almost flavorless. Disappointing.

I order from here regularly. I had to stop ordering delivery for a while because my order is always wrong. After a few months of picking up my food in store (with my last few orders being correct), I finally order delivery again and of course wrong again. Also half of one of my tacos was a quarter of an onion this evening. The food itself is usually good. Foods rarely ready by quoted time when I order through the app for pickup. I’ve never had these issues from other chipotle locations I’ve frequented.

I came in on June 2nd around 730pm, there looked to be about five workers but only one stuck out to me. Richard was running the entire “make” line by himself and was absolutely killing it. The steak was very juicy and fresh this day as well when it’s typically kinda dry. He made my bowl and had a positive attitude while handling all of the other orders coming in as well, whilst consistently having to grab what he needed from the back since it was not stocked by the other workers who could have been helping. Props to Richard, he’s definitely a hard worker.

Although we are big fans of Chipotle, this is absolutely the worst Chipotle we have been to. First of all, they are quite stingy. Second, if you prefer not having everything mixed and ask for any ingredients as sides in those little plastic cups, they charge for them as extra sides! So you have to have all the ingredients added to the bowl directly…or they charge extra. On top of that, they are not prompt with replenishing an ingredient…hoping the customer won’t insist for it. Top that off with grumpy and irritable staff. Never getting setting foot here. Total cheapskates! Here is an idea for a name…Cheapotle!

I was looking for a quick meal, and I figured Chipotle was my best option with the limited time I had. There were a few people in line before me so I waited my turn. I couldn’t help but notice how miserable the entire staff looked as they helped each customer. None of them smiled, greeted the customers, or thanked them. When it was my turn, I was no exception. I ordered my usual veggie bowl, and paid. I went to get a fork, and all containers were full with spoons. I asked the person at the register for a fork, and she snapped back at me “we don’t have any, we only have spoons”. No apologies or anything else, she just went right to helping the next customer in line.

For an extremely busy store around lunch time. They’re incredibly effective at keeping the line moving quickly! Kudos to management and staff for being able to handle it day in and day out.

Been coming here for a long time and I gotta say the quality of both food and service has really gone downhill. The picture included is of the partially rotted piece of fruit they felt was perfectly acceptable to include in my daughter’s meal. The large guac had multiple stickers from the avocados they mashed also. I understand mistakes happen but the food is always late, the portions are never consistent and apparently bad fruit for kids is just fine to serve. Sorry but I’ll be going to the one off Manchester from now on, they act like they care.

Forgot chips, no cheese in kids quesadilla, burrito had none of the toppings requested. Intentionally dumb.

The food is not the problem. It’s the leadership in this place. The lady who is a supervisor, a lead shift or whatever her title for the position is. The nasty attitude, very passive aggressive, and bad leadership. I’ve watched this lady serval times speak to her co workers as if they’re not intelligent enough to work. Bless her heart but it’s not just about customer service, it’s about the co workers too. Make chipotle a place for your staff to feel comfortable and welcome everyday at work. Educate your leader shift/ managers about respect.

Walked up to the door to find out they were accepting online orders only which was inconvenient but I understand things happen. But how my food was given to me after this inconvenience was unacceptable. They didn’t even wrap it fully so it spilled everywhere in the bag, and it was just slopped together. I can’t even eat my tacos with my hands now, I have to use a fork and had to try and dig through the mess to even see where one taco ended and another started. It literally looks like my meal was a bowl thrown in some foil and doesn’t even look like tacos. If I was forced to order my food to go then it should have been in a to go container and actually been presentable.
