It was only 1/4 full and no guacamole in two of the three orders even though I paid for it. No direct person to call and they just give an online request to complain. Not acceptable at all. Also old food that definitely was sitting around.

Every time I come here there’s always something wrong I order food and something’s missing or the order is entirely wrong or they never have chips and don’t tell you and just hand you a bag of food expecting you to leave and not realize you didn’t have your chips and just trying to keep your money. or they don’t put an ingredient in your food and give you very very little. I’ve ordered a steak bowl and brought it home and there was no steak in it and there was almost absolutely nothing else in it. Also ordered sour cream and guacamole on it and none of that was there.. picture below is what I received I hadn’t eaten anything out of it I just pulled the lid off and that is what I saw. That is not worth their almost $11 price.

Ordered a burrito, was good but missing sour cream. Also ordered 2 bowls, neither of them came close to having correct toppings on them. I understand mistakes happen but we don’t live in Lees Summit and can’t just return the food. Try to complain and next thing you know your talking to a freaking pepper. That offers you a drink to replace a ruined meal. I think that’s pathetic!

Similar to the other reviews I ordered my food for pickup which was promised at 7:50 and was told “it will be a while” and I didn’t actually get my food until well after 8 after watching 10-15 people come right in front of me and order their food and go. There is no reason anyone should be waiting for over 25 minutes for a to-go order. I asked if I could just go through the lobby line and have that line make my food but they refused. Then once I received my food and went to eat it, they clearly did not scoop anything into the actual tacos – seems like it was done intentionally or maybe they just threw the food in the bag. Either way still not ok. They really need better management and better policies and procedures so they aren’t getting so backed up with to-go orders while the main line is standing around waiting for people to come in. The manager Katie didn’t seem to care at all, she didn’t step in one time to help anyone or even her team.

Went to this location last night and placed an order for 3 family members. I was shocked at how filthy this place was. I love Chipotle but this restaurant is disgusting. The food service area was covered with food — out of their containers, running down the sides and all over the counter. Pieces of food from other containers were swimming in the tops/sides of the containers next to them. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went — apparently this is a common occurrence. Never again.

This is hands down the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. The food is terrible and the restaurant is consistently filthy. I have given it several tries because I know it’s fairly new. The employees have either not been taught the correct way to run the store or they just don’t care, maybe both. Do not buy food here! there are 2 other Chipotle locations in Lees Summit that are much better.

The restaurant says both on the website and the sign ON THE DOOR that it closes at 10:30. I show up a 9:50 and am essentially shoved out of the restaurant. I said multiple times to the employee who was escorting me out that the sign says 10:30, and the only thing he kept saying was “I know it does”. I have been a very loyal customer for YEARS but I have had a string of bad experiences lately and this was the final straw. I never write reviews for anything, but I went out of my way to write this one. Unbelievable.

I love the bowls! You can tell the ingredients are fresh! Even my kids love to eat here. The meat can be a bit spicy but if you cover it in sour cream, the kids tear it up!
