Haven’t had Chipotle in a year and a half since moving to Iowa and I will say last night was the best meal I have had from them in many years,absolutely delicious with a ton of meat,I was shocked because in the past they had got skimpy on the meat but to my surprise it was loaded…great job!!!

You would think an hour before close, a restaurant would have the necessary ingredients to fill an order. Well, not this chipotle. This is probably the 15th time this chipotle has either messed up an order or had bad service. Tonight was both. The employees informed us there was no rice in an attempt to not make an order that was placed an hour before close. Funny, most restaurants don’t break down their kitchen and food till they’re closed. The supervisor, or the oldest of the people working j guess, was also very rude. It’s no wonder this restaurant had the poor reputation it does and I don’t think I’ll give it another chance. If driving an extra 10 minutes insures I actually get my order and don’t have to deal with rude, careless children, it’s worth it. This entire restaurant needs new employees and management.

I ordered $30 worth of a bowl, chips and guacamole, and a Mexican coke. The only thing edible was the Mexican coke. Nothing tasted like chipotle, it tasted like it was made in someone’s dirty basement with dishes that have never been cleaned. My bowl had double chicken, double rice, and the rest of my order, it’s a pretty big order that I pay extra for and it usually fills the entire container up to the top of the lid. This time I opened it and it didn’t even fill it above the top of the bowl. Tried to get a refund through the app and got a BOGO entree.

I am not one to give a bad review on one experience alone but this Chipolte is consistently disappointing. From food quality, to rude staff, the ridiculously small portion size, the list goes on. Owners and management need to do some work. Panera is next door, so I’ll be taking my business there, I recommend until this Chipolte makes some changes you do the same.

Really rude staff, location is supposed to open at 10:45am and I wanted to grab something real faster after an exam I took at a local testing center before I got to work. The doors are still locked at 10:57 and I’m still waiting, the employees see me and several others waiting outside. If opening time was 11 then sure, that’s fine, but pretty rude when it’s 15 minutes past open.

Really good food but always closed around lunch. If they get busy they just lock there doors. Multiple lunches ruined because they just randomly shut there doors without any warning. This is extremely rude and aggravating because I don’t have a long lunch to began with. Great food but annoying how they limit the access to such food without warning.

The young man who was serving the meat hardly had any left and decided to put hardly any meat in the bowls (the lady before me wasn’t looking, but she sure got the short end of the stick!) I asked for a steak bowl for my son and when I saw the scarcity of the portion, I asked him about it and he said “yeah, that’s all u get” I didn’t want to argue because I’ve hardly ever been in chipotle, but when I got home with the order, my son (whom very frequently eats at chipotle) said: this is the smallest portion of chipotle EVER!!! They should charge accordingly if there is going to be a server that decides he doesn’t care how little he’s serving. Never again at the Chipotle on Stateline and approx 103rd

This location is awful. Absolutely Filthy!! Spilt liquids on floor in multiple areas. Trash on floor and on counter. No trash by the condiments so people leaving trash on counter. No one said a word to me when I walked in. I was standing right in front of lady making to go orders. She didn’t even look up at me until she was done with her to go order. She was not nice at all. Very short. Will never return to this location ever again. Management needs to do something about this location.

I come here way too much, and they seem to always have some sort of problem. For example, closed because of not enough staff, cash only payment option, or waiting for food on the line because they are out. I really hope they get it figured out because it’s a great location, but not worth the headache of which problem I will encounter.

Went around 9:20 pm tonight and they were already closing down everything and had all the chairs up. The kitchen staff were playing loud music full of racial slurs. They were out of multiple basic items. And the portion size on the guacamole was really disappointing.
