We ordered delivery on the Chipotle app, the app messed up didn’t register the burrito so we paid $36 for a bowl and 2 cokes and you can’t call and talk to anyone on the phone. Qdoba will now get my business from now on this establishment has gone down hill bad!!! Also the bowl that was delivered had no protein maybe a ¼ scoop

Rice didn’t have any flavor, chicken was completely burned, sour cream didn’t have any flavor, couldn’t eat the food. I am sitting with 2 full bowls of inetable food, not worth $35 for 3 people. Cheese and guac cost extra; at this point Taco Bell tasted better. Store was completely filthy, the drink station was COVERED in syrups, spills, and trash.

Ordered via the app. And I was shorted big time on the quantity of food. It was honestly abut 1/3 the quantity they normally give me at this location. Also, they omitted some the ingredients I asked for. I hate to leave a negative review because every other time I’ve had a good experience… I’ll return. I just won’t ever use the app again.

I have been to this location a handful of times. Never had a problem with it! Tonight I had awesome service from the team. Specifically the guy that helped me with my final toppings for my burrito. He was very friendly, did his work, and talked with all the guests. As an owner of Freestyle Poké with a similar concept and set up as chipotle, I encourage my team to converse, and connect with the guests. But he went beyond the bare minimum. Not that I cared, or was a big deal to me. But my double wrapped burrito had ripped. And he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I told him it didn’t bother me. But he insisted, and made sure he served a quality product. Good job guys.

Worst chipotle ever! Food never ready on time. I usually arrive 10 mins after it says it will be ready & still have to wait for it. No one seems to be in a hurry or know what’s going in. Drive out of your way to go to the Barry rd location, not worth the hassle
