Don’t order through a food delivery service from this location. The last two times I’ve ordered, the portions have been really small and the order came wrong. I drove back this time for the guac they forgot, which they did give me when I explained what happened and were very nice. I still feel like I wasted my $25 though. You have to go in to get good food with good portions.

BUG in my food today! They aren’t washing their salad! I guess this has happened at other Chipotle restaurants too because when I googled it, a ton of photos came up. This is an aphid / katydid type bug and if they don’t wash their salads, this might happen. Uuuuuugh! Furthermore, I called the restaurant and no one answers the phone….it only goes to a voicemail. I’m working through the app and customer service to remedy the issue. But kind of bad I can’t call you quickly to tell you so other customers are eating a bug bowl today.

Line was 15 min long, and they got all three of my orders wrong. They gave my food to me out the window, then immediately shut the window, and did not wait for me to verify the order. I had to wait three more minutes for the employee to come back out and ask if he could help.

A one star is being very generous lmao worst service I have ever received in my life. Me and my fiancée got bowls to go the guac was starting to brown and the rice was literally crunching in my mouth and our steak was burnt to a crisp. Definitely not happy i have never received such an awful disappointment and called it food

Food is always great here. There was a “new guy” working and the lady by him making the food was rude to him in front of the customers. Telling him she’s sick of waiting on him. I thought he was doing great! The tables were dirty during the 1pm hour. Hard to find a spot to sit. Parking is hard too.
