I have been a vegetarian since 2005. I usually order sofritas, last two times there has been large chunks of meat in the orders-one I brought back and the other I had to “eat” because I live too far away. Good food most times but never enough staff. Many in line with at least four staff members behind the glass yet only one person making the food.

Won’t let you customize your bowl if you do they now wanting to up charge you for free things like cheeses, salsas, or beans and rice. I would save your money and go to a sit down Mexican restaurant. The owners or managers won’t even help there customers.

Ordered a steak burrito and the steak was almost out. Instead of walking over and getting more he out the last 3-4 pieces of steak in the burrito and called it good. Paid $12 for some rice beans and a few pieces of steak. Place isn’t typically kept very clean either.

I was told it would cost extra to have more shredded cheese on my bowl. I was surprised because nowhere does it advertise or say on the menu that extra shredded cheese cost extra. I noticed adding guacamole or queso Blanco(cheese dip) cost extra but nowhere does it advertise shredded cheese costing extra. I think this Chipotle if they would like to charge more for extra shredded cheese should update their menu and advertising so families are aware of the charging system ( that is different compared to any other chipotle I’ve been to) is.

I ordered a bowl on doordash and I got a bites worth. The bowl is literally maybe 1/2 filled. And if you call to complain chipotle doesn’t take responsibility and just tells you to talk to your doordasher like it’s their fault. Y’all disappoint me

I don’t even want to give one star because it wasn’t really good at all. I ordered a chicken bowl and the guy making it really chinced on the ingredients. So there wasn’t much to my bowl. Then tried to charge me for guacamole when I didn’t have guac. I got a large queso which I thought awesome because they just put fresh up…but nope it was the consistency of lukewarm oatmeal. I asked for a bag of chips and they gave & charged me for a large one even tho I didn’t ask for large and those were so stale I couldn’t even hardly chew them. They should have been fresh because I was there right around noon. I’m highly upset and probably won’t go back for awhile. I used to love eating there but the last couple of times have been down right horrible. So no more Chipotle for me…
