Had steak burrito, more grizzled and fast in it than regular pieces of meat. To top it off it was cold very cold. Not sure who wants to eat cold but it’s not me. Servers were fast and nice. Restaurant was clean.

It was still tasty food and the guys working were nice. The problem is they really skimped on the portions. For a place that is supposed to give you huge burritos, mine needed help. Otherwise it was alright. The guys fixing the burritos seemed like they were working as hard as they could and they maintained a good attitude. I only gave the service and food a 4 because of the portions.

I regularly visit this location but it is going down the hill due to inconsistency. Many times the bowl feels so light since they don’t add enough food, the chicken is not even a full scoop ( I have been to several Chipotle locations across the country including this so I know what a scoop of chicken/meat looks like). They are always short on something but the price will be same.

I thought I’d be able to share a picture but I can’t seem to figure it out. Needless to say I am very disappointed. I have been a regular for years now. I love this place and the food & I understand as someone who has worked in the food service industry for more than 2 decades that sometimes mistakes are made. From stale chips, to no kids apple juice, to completely wrong order in my bag, even meat in my non meat orders..in all these years I have never once really complained. But to charge me five dollars and thirty cents for a large side of guacamole and then not even fill it half way is where I draw the line! Just absolutely outrageous! We didn’t order any meat at all, just bean and rice Burritos and kids tacos which the guac spot was half full & with a large chips and guacamole side and it wasnt even half full either man!:( , the least you could do is fill our guac spots when people don’t get meat or cheese 🙁 like geeze. So not worth the money when this has happened the last few times now 🙁 now I feel apprehensive to return. Make sure you check your bags before you leave 🙁

This location needs serious attention. I refuse to do any sort of online ordering due to repeated errors and significant delays, every single time I have tried. The last 3 times I have been there in person, the restaurant was out of something. Several weeks ago it was napkins (completely out of napkins????), a couple of weeks ago it was veggies, and today it was veggies and brown rice. I ended up walking out today because the customer in front of me was arguing with the staff about being out of brown rice. The customer was completely out of line and obnoxious, however, there seems to be an issue with inventory and prep work. Chipotle should not be running out of items regularly. At times the customer service is very very slow and the employees seem to not care about the slow pace or appear to care much about customer service in general. I love Chipotle– my experience in other locations has been positive but the Jefferson City location is very frustrating. Panchero’s, the competitor just down the road, usually is spot on with online orders and is fast and friendly. Please fix this location!!!!

The chicken was way to spicy there was way to much cilantro in the guacamole they don’t drain the beans my bowl ended up soup. The atmosphere was stale the food counter was a mess and they didn’t try to clean it up wouldn’t recommend

The owner of this location needs to step in. This location consistently is understaffed and when they are out of ingredients or are running 40 MINUTES over on pickup orders and there are 20 people waiting for their order (like today) there needs to be refunds/coupons/apologies. Nothing is ever offered. I’m really surprised Chipotle doesn’t revoke their franchise from this location.
