This Chipotle seems to always be busy since it’s located between the university and downtown CoMo. I haven’t had any major problems, but I know of friends who have had their orders messed up. Honestly, it seems to be a hit or miss depending on the current staff. All in all, it’s your average Chipotle that is convenient for Mizzou students.

We had a quick meal here this afternoon. Everything tasted okay, but the meat and veggies in the pans looked pretty old and gross. The girl making burritos wasn’t good at it. She didn’t get it sealed right and then slammed it down into the counter which opened it up and it started leaking out of the foil wrapper. I ended up with such a mess I ate it out of a bowl with a knife and fork.

Did online order through chipotle app to only find out an hour after ordering, the door dasher who fulfills their delivery arrives to the location to find a note on the door that their “online system is down” and that it would be awhile. I find it odd that the online system accepted my order to begin with. It’s was such a headache to find a way to cancel as there is no where to cancel the order yourself. I hada few door dashers trying to cancel my order…. Yes, that’s right multiple drivers tried to pick up my order as one would clear it from their end, but my order would stay active. None of them wanted to take the time to get the order from waiting in line or follow up on cancelling the order. I had at least 4 people try to pick up my order! Had to use chipotle online support… which isn’t the greatest if I might add, who told me they cannot cancel my order. Really? I told them why should I pay for food I didn’t receive…. They quickly gave a refund after they said they needed a few minutes to look up something and would update me. No update from support just find on my own in my email a refund given. I still have a pending order through my app hours later..

Staff EXTREMELY rude. Especially the young woman that waited on my family. She Never spoke to us, continued rolling her eyes when we asked a question, she yelled acrossed the restaurant at customers for standing near the door. The worst service ever.

This was a very solid Chipotle. Great food just like any other Chipotle, but this one had exceptional service. Very nice staff and a clean restaurant. They could accommodate our whole frisbee team with no problem and move us through the line quickly. Much appreciated. Thanks Chipotle!

Never overtly rude but never pleased to see a customer. My order – if placed online has been wrong 5 out of 5 times since school started again. Need more dining room staff and have dedicated online employees. With Quality checks. This place stinks at getting orders done quickly and correctly. Quality is normally fine when its accurate…. But getting the accurate is neigh to impossible unless you go in to wait in the store line.
