I wish I could give zero stars!! Placed an order using the app, I’m asking where’s the beef?? And the rest of my order??? Chipotle did offer to give me two free drinks for their mess up. This store was the last one in the Johnson county area I would order from!! I ordered a steak taco with extra cheese. Extremely disappointed with Chipotle is an understatement!!!!

What’s up with this location recently? Super passive aggressive staff just because I asked for more rice? Gave me the smallest burrito and then charged me for a chicken burrito when I got a sofrita burrito. Yikes. Do better

Even though it was rush hour, the girl who was training another person was very calm and nice taking orders. As always, food was great!! Even though they forgot to include my side of sour cream, I’ll still give them 5 stars overall 🙂

I normally do not have a problem with this property but today (7/20/23) was the first issue. I placed an order online for pickup. Estimate time said 9 minutes. I drove to the property which took only 10 mins and then waited out in my car waiting for the app to notify me my order was ready. After waiting another 10 to 15 minutes outside and never receiving the notification, I looked up and noticed no one was making any orders from the windows and saw a number of bags already set and ready to go so I go inside to grab my order and after checking the bags on the pickup area one of the guys asks for my name. He doubled checked the bags then went to the register and casually prints out a ticket then goes and set it down by the opposite end of the counter and signals to a young lady to start my order.. when I noticed this I asked to confirm was my order not ready.. and the young man just brushed it off and said “no, I don’t know what happened but it will only take 30 seconds”. While the young lady made my order I asked her since my order fell through the cracks and was not made as it should have been could they add extra meat for the mishap. She doesn’t even look at me nor answers me and just continues to box my order. I ask again and she just says no.. I ask to speak to the manager to ask for their approval. I was told Carlos was the manager. They call him over, I explained what happened and simply asked for one extra scoop of meat and I kid you not, every last one of them just stared back at me like I was speaking a different language. After repeating myself several times I just said never mind and have a good day and left. I’m not upset with the order not being ready nor am I upset about the young lady not be able to approve of extra meat but Jesus.. no one cared enough to even say hey “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. Now obviously, them not having my order ready was a not a big deal, I literally waited only the 30 seconds that the young man originally stated but I doubt that extra scoop of meat would have bankrupted Chipotle so I too felt that my request wasn’t a big deal. I’m only leaving this review for awareness to leadership to do what they will with it. Customer service was a little lacking today.

The worst Chipotle you could go to. Definitely NEVER do a mobile order here, they always skimp out. Today our mobile order was cold, had crunchy rice, and was very badly served. Not to mention the always stale chips.

Employees were rude. I asked to use my birthday reward on chips instead of guac due to an allergy. The lady at the register was going to do that for me, then a male employee walked by and acted like it was an impossible request and told me no. Chips are significantly cheaper than guac is on the menu , and it is due to an allergy. Highly disappointed with this location, as I typically get great service at Chipotle. 0/10 recommend going to this location.

I’m not sure how to put it. I don’t know how chipotle does business, but every time I go to one location to order food for my daughter from the kids menu they always have a different rule. This location expected me to order food for my daughter with anything on it. I had to pay for the sour cream, the cheese and everything else.
