Came back for the first time in five years. Was surprised by the rudeness of the cashier, but was stunned at the condition of the restaurant. The entire store was covered in trash. Trash on every table, both trash cans so overflowing with garbage people were stacking trash on the floor. No silverware. Food on the floor (and trash of course). It was like eating inside of a dumpster. What on earth has happened to this store ?

Boo! We have always ordered quesadillas. They said you can ONLY order these online and not with the rest of your food when you walk in. Boo! Unfortunately we won’t visit again. You should attempt to make this customer friendly. Perhaps making them a different way as they do take longer. Oh well, not a place I’ll go back to.

Went to eat there and was greeted with a sign on the door that I could only order on the app, not in-store. The app was barely working, so now I’m going across the street for dinner. This is a stupid business model; please do not make it permanent.

Second time ordering off the app for this location as I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time. Order said it would be ready by 11:40 and it wasn’t ready until 10 minutes later. The guacamole I received tasted like straight lime juice and extremely bitter. Couldn’t even stomach to finish it. My bowl was cold and tasted horrible. The steak tasted over cooked. The black beans looked as if they had been sitting out for a while. One slip up is alright but twice in a row?! I will be driving out of my way from now on for lunch and not returning to this location.

I call this a cafeteria style chain Mexican restaurant. You get in line and request what you want and they put it together as you watch and pay, then you either sit down to eat there or take out or you can call and pick up your food. Depending on when you go, the consistency of the food is normally the same. If you go in the last hour of store being open, the rice can be drier and you mite get the last of the food in their stainless steel bin, but they will make more. And if you are not a cilantro fan, then this may not be the place for you, they put cilantro in many items in their food, you can request cilantro free rice, which lessens the cilantro in your burrito or taco order. Somehow the corporation has a love for cilantro and think everyone else should too, lol. If you are just getting a single order with no drink, you can pay less than $10, with a drink about $12.

This review is only about this specific Chipotle, because the one near my house is great. This store was disgusting. Tables had food and trash all over them. My kids wouldn’t even use the restrooms because they were so foul. Staff made eye contact with us but ignored us for at least five minutes before they finally asked if we needed something. Definitely not the standard I am used to from Chipotle.

Don’t bother coming here, it probably isn’t open anyways. The incompetent management team can’t properly staff this store. When it is open, they’re noticably understaffed, and half of their staff members (cashiers especially) just sit on their phones while the rest of the staff works desperately to keep up.

Food is awesome. Overall experience will be great if you are eating there or planning for takeout. However if you are ordering via online web/app then be prepared for horrible experience. Since you can’t track your order. And you need to keep checking the shelf to see if your order is done. I had to wait for more than an hour. If you want to cancel then they will just let you know toll-free number. In my case, I contacted someone at the counter and they were able to get my order ready.
