Customer service was great! But the service was very slow. I had to wait in line 30 mins before actually ordering. They do give small portion sizes, so I requested double everything on my burrito bowl. I had a few problems with my order: (1) My chicken was crunchy and (2) the large guacamole I ordered was very bland; it tasted like water as if they forgot to add salt. I doubt if I would return to this location, but they do have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

While it is almost always busy the line goes very quick due to the efficient, friendly and helpful employees. Have always loved the quality and quantity of the food you get. I am probably the minority but I love the bowl over the burrito. The food is always fresh and if they were out of an item (ie. Veggies) they would go out of their way to make sure they made things right.

Very cold in restaurants so we had to go outside to eat. Meat was way to spicy for my grandsons children and myself. We couldn’t eat it. Was not pleased with the place. Will not go back.

Great customer service and delicious foods as always. They always put adequate amounts of what I ordered. I usually ordered the ” bowls “. The rice, steaks were nice and guacamole and fresh tomato salsa were great for rice and steaks!! They still close the tables. But they opened outdoor space and tables. I will visit again soon.

Showed up at 730 and only had barbacoa and half a serving of steak in the warmers had two different type of chicken in pans right behind the servers and where almost out of rice asked for chicken and they said they where out I pointed at the two full pans and they said they where for take out only the person in front of me took the last of the steak and they where not making any more. Horrible service get your stuff together and your employees in line. Worst service I’ve gotten in Manhattan.

Good customer service, but this location is one of the worst Chipotles I’ve been to. The setup is a little off (compared to other stores. It’s not as inviting), lack of variety from the drink machine, and the seating isn’t open and welcoming. I preferred a custom bowl and the rice was over cooked while the beans were undercooked. Just an okay experience.

Usually when I go to Chipotle the serving sizes are great! I did a pick order for the first time and I got a quarter of what I would normally get if I go inside. I do not recommend ordering pickup online.

My family and I have been going to Chipotle for years and normally they have been exactly what one would expect out of a chain tex mex restaurant. However today (07/18/23) I was shocked to have discovered a piece of plastic in my veggie burrito bowl. It appears to be a piece of a lid that would normally be pealed off. This poses a safety hazzard and questions the food safety of the establishment.
