With the construction on amidon bridge, this chipotle is like a hidden gem. Very nice and clean. Hardly ever any lines. And plenty of places to sit and eat. Employees have always been either nice or just ok, which I honestly appreciate. Will continue to go out of my way to eat here.

Both of my Chipotlane experiences here have been phenomenal! Great portions and fresh fresh. It was slightly delayed on my first order, but that happens when you are in high demand lol. They don’t burn their steak here and that always deserves five stars in my opinion.

It’s very dangerous to eat out in the USA. Restaurant service is poor, nothing inspires confidence in the food. 70+% of fast food chains like this should be shut down. There needs to be proper training, good wages and decent standards. Poor taste, old food, questionable food safety is the norm now. Absolutely behind every other country. This is a country in rapid decline.

I went to this location today to pick up takeout which is not my usual location and the first employee in the line was not only rude but she took off her gloves and took a personal call on her cell phone, stopped making my order and didn’t even step aside or ask another employee to continue my order. I’m very disappointed by this, I’ve been to many chipotles over the years but never experienced bad service until today. The other ladies on the line were very nice and the restraunt was clean were the only positive of my experience there today.

We’ve had food from this location before and it was at least adequate. Tonight we ordered 6 tacos with chorizo and corn salsa. All of the order was delivered COLD. Not a little bit cold, but refrigerator cold. Complete failure!

I came in yesterday around 6pm and ordered a bowl and chips and queso. The person working there was the rudest most horrible person I have ever ran into at a chipotle or anywhere else. When I asked for chips and queso I was met with scoffing and attitude and verbally berated for it as well. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. This person needs to be fired immediately.

Dylan gave the worst customer service didn’t ask what kind of meal I wanted to start with . Gave me attitude the whole time . Rolled his eyes multiple times and this was just the worst customer service I have ever experienced i was appalled as to why he saw the necessity to be so rude towards me and my sister and it was just unbelievable this situation did cause me to be uncomfortable because I couldn’t even ask him for some chips because that made him so mad or my receipt he was just done with me mind you there was still more than an hour of closing time so I shouldn’t have been any sort of inconvenience seeing as this is his job.
