Brown rice was crunchy, steak was fatty, stringy and chewy, had to spit out 5 or 6 pieces. The chicken was ok but bad texture. Spices seemed to be way off and the meal was terrible. I ate a fourth if it. This was my free meal from rewards and it sucked. Seems like the food in the West side of town is generally bad at the chains.

We went to this Chipotle for the first time tonight since moving to the area. My daughter ordered a chicken bowl and THERE WAS NO CHICKEN!!!! Too bad we didn’t realize until we got home. NEVER going back. Would NOT recommend!!!

The customer service and time management at this location is awful. The people who work there seem absolutely miserable and it comes off as disrespectful to the customer. I was there for 20 minutes tonight and the person helping me was stopped by her manager halfway through making my food to make 4 online orders they didn’t make in time. The girl helping me didn’t even say anything to me, just rolled her eyes, complained, then started making them. The other 2 people working ignored all the customers as well and continued to complain to each other, saying they would have walked out, etc. The person ahead of me asked the worker how she was and she looked at him with a dirty look and said “fine?”. The entire time I was there was extremely uncomfortable with the huffing, puffing, complaining, eye rolling, etc. I don’t mind the wait if the employees actually communicate with the customers and stay organized. I really do understand being swamped and busy, but that’s no excuse to be rude.

Chipotle is good but this location is not. Very dirty, drinks spilled in the utensil, floor was sticky. I even had to wipe guac out of my car after sitting my bag of food on my seat… and I didn’t even order guac. ♀️ unrelated and out of their control but parking at this location is also horrific.

The photos and descriptions of food laying all over prep and serving surfaces are accurate. Would seem like a good place for the County Health Office to pay a visit. Food was bland and warm at best. I’ll never return. Qdoba needs to open on this side of town. They seem to care more about keeping a sanitary kitchen and line.

Chicken bowl no extras that result in an uncharged such as double meat, guac ect. Resulting in a price of around 7 bucks. Not bad for fresh and all round delicious semi Mexican fare. I found the employees to be friendly not overly so but definitely kind and focused the facility was clean but I came at an time where they were slow. A good total dining experience. I’ll be back.

Absolutely terrible service today. They were unapologetic about being so slow on online orders. Young man at the register shoved the bag into my hands. He was short with brown hair, wearing a hat with glasses. Totally disorganized and dirty. Very skimpy on an $11 meal. If it wasn’t for my daughter, I would go back in and demand better service.
