If you’ve been to one, then this one is pretty standard. Quality here I’ve found is pretty good compared to some others (thus far). Not necessarily in Omaha, but abroad in general. Food was warm, rice was cooked well, and ingredients were tasty and seemed fresh. Service was also pretty good. People were friendly and the line moved fairly quickly. If you need the restroom, you need a code. Perhaps something to keep the vagrants or non-customers from going in there. Slight inconvenience, but probably not all bad. I do continue to feel that they should try and be a bit more competitive like Qdoba. There are things like queso that come for free at Qdoba, yet you have to pay extra at Chipotle. Little things like that, literally cause people to visit the competitors instead at times. Yes, it may cost you 20 cents extra to do this, but a more frequent returning customer will make that up and then some. It’s a win win in the long run for both sides.

I love Chipotle (truly its my favorite restaurant) and have had a good experience here in the past, but this place is going down the tubes fast! Our last three experiences have been terrible! Halloween I brought in myself and two kids dressed in costumes and they refused to honor the Halloween promo AND charged me for guacamole that comes with the cheese quesadilla. When I reached out to support they refused to refund the guacamole extra charge. The time after the food was meh. Today the food was just plain terrible quality! The guac was oxidized and sour and I didn’t even know if I should eat it! The portions were tiny in the quesadilla. This chipotle is a “must skip” location! 1/5 stars.

This location is okay. It does the job. Service is slow, and quality is worse compared to other locations (they really underdo their protein portions). My rating of this Chipotle is relative to other ones I’ve frequented. It’s an expectation at any fast food place. Workers aren’t being fairly compensated, and continually working with customers is exhausting. If you’re in area, go to Dave’s Hot Chicken next door. Food is better!

Ordered delivery and it didn’t come with any tortillas, I also ordered double meat and it isn’t .I called for over an hour no answer at the restaurant so, I was unable to eat at my lunch and literally have to drive up there to get my order replaced when im off so it can be fresh smh the service is so ghetto I will not be using this location anytime soon

worst chipotle i’ve EVER ordered from. Just spent $80 on food from here, EVERY SINGLE ITEM WAS INCORRECT. not sure if your employees just can’t read or they thought it’d be fun to look at the order for 5 seconds and try to do it from memory, i’ve worked in many restaurants that use doordash and have NEVER F-ed up this bad. if people are going to pay an arm and a leg for this food, maybe actually try to make it correctly.
