Probably my favorite chipotle restaurant in the area. I haven’t had a bad experience yet and the food is always perfect. Everything seems to taste fresher at this location compared to others! The sign listing the food has tiny font which makes me feel like I need some binoculars to read, that’s the only real complaint I have.

Went in on Friday at 9 pm. I was ignored by boy cleaning right in front of me! I finally said something and he reluctantly helped me. He then told me they were out of cheese and when I complained he said they couldn’t shred cheese after a certain time! The whole while this is going on another boy was standing towards back looking at his phone. Cashier was great. So tired of this ignoring the customer no acknowledgment at all, also when they are making to go orders.

Food is amazing, service is amazing, and atmosphere is amazing. The only reason why I rated service 4 stars instead of five is because they need to upgrade their system. Their computer tends to break more frequently than normal, but they are always respectful and provide a great attitude.

Update… came back because it sounded good, they did ok when getting us our food.. there is no emotion shown, they are just “doing their job” but honestly they aren’t. The floor is disgusting and so are the tables. Had to clean my own table and the place wasn’t even that busy… also, while. We were eating the lady came out to wipe off the table but proceeded to just wipe it onto the floor then walk away…. The drink area was also disorganized and overflowing with trash. As well as the trash in the main area which as seen in the photo is also overflowing… I guess being a restauranteur isn’t something they seem to care about… oh well.

Went to the settlers creek location in omaha today. I’ve never been to a Chipotle before and I am pleased! Paxton made our burritos and was extremely helpful and patient, great customer service! The only downside is it is a little pricey. Spent $30 on 2 burritos. But customer service and atmosphere was great. It was clean and the food was delicious.

Even though they had plenty of people working the places was dirty and the table were not wiped down. The chips were soggy and stale. When I approach the manager about the chips she was not helpful. For the price of the food I was very disappointed. Next time I am just going to a taco truck.

This is a very good location. The management is excellent, and they only serve fresh ingredients. I watched the staff restock the production line, so that everyone got all the ingredients they paid for. I feel that I’ve been to a number of other Chipotles that would serve a little less than they could If the were running low on an ingredient. Here they had more than enough, and restocked as needed

Typically don’t like writing negative reviews but I have a need to after the last few visits. The pricing of the food is getting ridiculously high for the amount of food you receive. I am pretty sure that the franchisee is telling the workers to skimp on the portions, the girl working the other night literally shook off meat from her spatula when adding to my burrito. Really have a hard time justifying going to this location after this, probably go to Qdoba from now on.

Hate being negative, but most of the ingredients I ordered were wrong. The only two correct were the chicken and veggies. Paid extra for guacamole and queso which I didn’t get. All other ingredients wrong. They either gave me the wrong order or can’t read. I spent way too much money to get a totally wrong order.

Lady did horrible on portion size. Gave me less than half a scoop of chicken. I asked for a little more to even a normal portion, and they charged me double.
