Very polite and lovely guests. Makes you fall in love with Mexican food and Omaha in General. I actually went back again and believe me will visit one more than before I leave town. It’s undergoing outside reconstruction but it does not affect the inside at all.

0/5 stars. Absolutely the worse experience. We usually love Chipotle, but this was 1 person running the line, while the others continually walked around eating the chips. One person swept the floor, no one helped. In house customers were over looked by walk in and mobile orders. 8 customers in line 50 minute wait. Upon arriving to the front we were then told they were out of everything. Very messy. Very poor communication. Poorly ran.

With Omaha seeming to shut down so early these days, I pulled up at 8:40pm expecting to order quickly and run. Then I actually looked and they’re (currently) listed as open until 11!! There was a line all the way to the door and I got through in less than 15 minutes, even with what I’m guessing were online orders coming in the whole time. I was most impressed with the person working the first station. Guy in front of me rattled off 2 burritos and a rice bowl, including rice, beans and protein for each, and she repeated it all right back to him without flinching. I got the rice bowl with steak and fixings, of course adding guac, because it’s Chipotle and you get the guac when you go there. I also got it with both the pico and corn salsas. I did notice the communication of the team while I was waiting, letting the back line know when a certain item was getting low. And even with as busy as it was, everything seemed to flow smoothly!

I did an online order and picked up on my way home. When I got home is when I noticed it was completely different than what I had ordered. The order on the receipt is correct but not the food.

If people order tacos on the mobile app – it clearly means 3 tacos. (Also ordered double steak and I got about 6 pieces.) Since that’s specifically what you click, “three tacos”. When I called, I got absolutely no assistance. The credit tape didn’t print properly with my receipt so I couldn’t even call the feedback line for help, because they require the order number.

Went to order out around 10pm one night. Paid with my credit card but cashier said it didn’t go through. Tried paying again and it went through the second time. Check my statement a few days later and there were two charges on my CC with different amounts. Wish I saved my receipts so that I can call out this male cashier. I hope that this was just an incompetent mistake late at night.

Not friendly. Just threw the food in the bowl. Very sloppy. I had to show him the spoon was dirty. My order was abruptly passed from one person to another with no eye contact or customer service skills exhibited. It was weird and awkward. The cashier also looked confused by their interaction. She was nice. I was the only person in line. They upcharge for queso and guacamole. $16 for a bowl.

My mom has celiac disease (gluten and other allergies) and when she mentioned it all workers changed there gloves and they offered other changes. This i so helpful for people with this disease or other ones. They all should get raises.
