You ever go to a place and can tell right off the bat the employees hate working there? Because wow. You go up and none of them want to work there. I can’t say I blame them, but yikes. I got the burrito bowl with extra lettuce and somehow ended up with the saddest tiniest handful of what looked like old lettuce. Don’t recommend this spot.

This is the dirties Chipotle I have even seen. We got there shortly after7, way after rush hour. There was only one table occupied by other customers. The counter was filthy, food spilled all over, that had been accumulating between the different food containers for probably hours. Of the 3-4 employees visible, no one was trying to keep the counter clean. There was a sign on the door to warn the customers that they were out of two ingredients, but it turns out there were at least 1 or 2 more that they run out and they were not even trying to prep to serve to the customers. When we paid for our food, we found that all the tables but a couple of the smaller ones were very dirty. Again, as for the ordering counter, no one of the employee was trying to keep the place and tables clean. Even worst, there was a lot of cross contamination between the different food items displayed on their counter, including a lot of sour cream floating on top of one of their salsas. I watched how they were even spilling food while building our burritos, with food falling everywhere and not a care in the world from the employees. I finally got to the table and one of the burrito hadn’t been closed well, with a bunch of saggy stuff (I could not understand what it was) that had spilled all over our food. I had a burrido bowl that stayed closed, but inside it was more like a soup. I think they had put beans but without draining any of the water. This place is disgusting. Their employees need some serious re-training on the basics of food safety, food handling, hygiene and the basics of burrito making.

Went to chipotle and getting really tired of this online order only garbage. Its awful customer service and had nothing to do with lack of staffing. The wife and i counted at least 8 workers there and yet somehow they cant handle walkins. Even with noone eating in the location the floor and the tables were disgusting. There were food and napkins all over the floor. Also counted the number of customers your losing by doing this. In like the 20 minutes we were there we counted 15+ customers walkin then leave to go to another restaurant right next door. Its getting to the point its no longer worth going there. Including one photo of the floor i took but should have taken more to show how the whole place is being kept.

This is pretty much your run of the mill Chipotle. The store was busy and pretty well stocked except for peppers and onions (fajita veg). For some reason this seems to be an issue with the Lincoln stores.

It was my first time eating at Chipotle and the food was absolutely delicious. I had one of their bowls. My daughter absolutely loves their bowls also. The service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The only thing I had a problem with was how uncomfortable their chairs were. Other than that, I highly recommend Chipotle.

As soon as I got to the counter to order the service was terrible, got my burritos double wrapped and they were barely together, got the white rice (which was unbearably salty) and a few other toppings. When they wrapped it they did a horrible job, the aluminum foil was wrapped INTO the burritos, when I asked them to just make both the burritos a bowl they just tossed me a bowl and said “here you go” and when I asked them to mark one of the burritos for it was different than the other they scoffed at me and reluctantly did it. 10/10 on the poor service and quality. When I spend 40 bucks on burritos I expect 40 dollar quality, not 5 dollar food truck quality. From now on going the extra miles to the chipotle on Ost.

Every time we place company orders, they are incorrect. These orders vary in size from 3-20 people, catering and individual meals. It seems like they are unable to handle any amount of online orders bigger than 1 meal. They do not offer compensation, correction, etc. They are extremely difficult to get ahold of via phone as well to correct the issues in a timely manner.

Just had the best tasting and best proportioned chicken burrito I’ve ever gotten from this location. I placed the order through the app with a few changes to portions of ingredients. They nailed it! Tried calling the store to tell them I’m person but the automated thing is kinda maddening
