I hope that this was just one bad day this location was having. The cashier looked like he was having a bad day. They were “out” lettuce, just to find out the girl in the back was preparing some. They added a massive amount of sour cream in our chicken bowl. The tables and floor were dirty. For scraps everywhere. No napkins to be found. They might have been short handed. I don’t know.

Went in today around 515 and they had 5 employees working. I stood in line and waited for a while. One kid was just standing around. I go to order my food and they hardly had anything and it looked so old. I don’t know why I didn’t walk out. I got a bowl but didn’t get much because they didn’t have much. I know the customer behind me asked for fresh rice and they didn’t have anything made. The kid that checked me out acted clueless. The store was gross! Every part of it, food all over. It looked like it had not been cleaned in some time. It’s sad because I think they just opened this one not too long ago. I was right when I got home my rice was hard. I should have walked out. I got a $12 pop I guess.

If you want to get a decent meal for your money DO NOT GO HER3. I’ve tried multiple times at this location. Every time they have disappointed me. This time, I ordered the app during the lunch hour. My order was ready in a timely manner. Great….but I picked up my order, drove 2 minutes home. Proteins weren’t even warm. On my burrito bowl and my children’s meals. Are they just trying to reheat left overs? Is this even up to temp. The rice wasn’t even warm. The bowl wasn’t even filled halfway?? What gives? I think a refund is in order. You say anything on the app chat, and they say thanks, we will notify management of the food issue, then nothing. Chipotle, what is going on with this? Is it the workers? Management? Corporate? The consumers are begging for answers.

Worst experience at a chipotle I’ve ever been to. Ordered online showed up on time to pick it up granted it was 20 mins before they closed, they asked me my name they acted surprised that they hadn’t received an order in that name. They hadn’t made it yet. I was patient and sat for ten minutes and a guy comes back and asks me my name AGAIN then comes back after waiting that they were just making it. Again I was patient cuz I knew they were closing. An employee then comes up to me and says they were out of a protein I picked, so I substituted it for something else no problem. Get my food go home open my food to see that my sides were wrong, my taco was a sloppy WET mess and there was barely any protein in it, I ordered chips and queso and was given guac instead which I hate guac. Had they said “hey you know we’re out of this and that could we give you something else?” I would’ve been perfectly fine with it. But to disregard the order and not tell the customer is not okay. The employees were just standing around talking. Unprofessional. The reviews say a lot when most of them are all 1 star. Management Pay attention!!

This is by far the best location I’ve ever been to. Clean and friendly. The chicken is aways perfectly cooked. When I ask for more cheese they actually do it. I’ve been to every omaha location and this blows them all away. I thought the franchise was just going down in quality but it’s just most of the other locations that’s the problem. Edit….the girl with the buzzed hair is absolutely horrible. And she won’t wear a name tag so you can’t report her. I shouldn’t have to beg for rice and cheese when I’m paying 14 dollars for a bowl. It’s called a rice bowl for a reason. Absolutely no smile no can I get you anything else. Just horrible lazy employee. I called corporate so hopefully they’ll do something about it. I’m a Forman and if I had an employee with this attitude I’d let them go

I’ve held my tongue for awhile about this chipotle. I wanted to give grace as they are new. Every single time I’ve been in this chipotle they have something missing. Usually it’s rice tonight at 6:30 they were completely out of both rices. The line is always long and the poor person who is preparing the food was left alone to deal with an upset line. They have a ton of employees there every time I go but no one helps anyone preparing the food which causes super long wait times. Long story short being out of food consistently and long wait times have really made each and every visit to this chipotle bad. This particular chipotle has lost my business for the foreseeable future.

We had a very interesting experience today while eating dinner. An individual (I am assuming is the “manager”) was very unprofessional with their staff. I believe they were short staffed this evening, only 4 people working when we got there, and there was a decent line at one point. The “manager” did a good job of looking busy was not actually being helpful for the staff. One staff member was working the entire time cooking, cutting meat and other things in the kitchen. The “manager” decided to cause a big scene with this employee in front of the entire restaurant.

Third attempt eating here and it will be my last the picture below is my burrito which is quite literally half the size of any burrito I have ever received from chipotle. What keeps a customer coming back to any restaurant is high quality and good customer service and this chipotle checks neither of those boxes. The amount of food I received literally leaves with the feeling of being robbed and swindled. Complete waste of my time and a definite waste of my money.

My husband and I stopped at this location on our way home and I should have suggested we eat elsewhere. The tables were dirty and the workers acted like it was too much to ask for proper portions in my bowl. My husband literally notice this female employee get an attitude because I asked for meat since the male worker scraped the bottom of the dish just to produce 3 pieces of meat. The fact that he had the nerve to pass it down to her for toppings was baffling. The food itself was cold and disgusting. As my husband and I went to get our beverages the same female came over to grab herself a drink when there was a line of people still there. I didn’t care for her presence so I continued to discuss the poor service with my husband. When my husband went to inform them that the sprite was out, they just looked at him with dead eyes. This establishment needs to be closed and either bring in new employees who actually have compassion or retrain the current ones.
