The food on the line looked old and dried out. So I asked for the freshest meat, which was the steak. It was chewy to the point where I had to spit out about 1/3 of the pieces. So sad.

This Chipotle used to be excellent. Key word: USED. Now, it’s the worst one on the northshore. Service is extremely slow, even when not busy. Orders are mostly wrong, and employees are rude. The new one in Covington is so much better, and it just opened. I have no idea what happened to this Chipotle, but it’s not worth my time or money anymore

Was like any other average chipotle experience. Nothing really to complain about. However, chicken and rice was not ready and had to wait 5-10 minutes for them to finish them up. This was disappointing during the dinner rush, where ingredients should be in stock in anticipation of lots of customers.

Food was delicious and staff was very friendly. Got the burrito which was very filling. Can get a bowl if you are looking for a low carb option. Basic fountain drinks. It’s about $10 per person, so not super expensive but not super cheap either. Only knock is that the 2 ingredients I really wanted besides meat (guacamole and queso) were extra. I did get medium salsa, which was pretty tasty.

I’ll admit that I haven’t been at Chipotle in a while so I missed when they added the newly seasoned chicken. It was very good! The service was awesome and the people who sat outside with us enjoyed the sunny weather.

Service was awful, charged a different price for my chicken bowl than what was posted on the menu, in addition to the extra charge for guacamole ( i knew this was an extra charge) but for $18 for 1 bowl and small chips and queso with terrible service and the food was only lukewarm, queso was barely warm it was clumpy like a paste. Horrible. I’ll stick with my Texas Chipotle’s.. at least their food is actually hot and the servers aren’t as clueless or rude. Step it up, shameful.
