Im tired of how the portions im given are getting smaller and smaller each time I go when I am paying the same price everytime. Every time Ive come to this location its always a mess. And I understand when there is a rush, but this isnt McDonalds. I am paying atleast $15 dollars for a basic meal here. I deserve to eat at a somewhat clean place, for a place that isnt pricing themselves as a cheap affordable place to eat at.

I’ve had Chipotle at different locations in multiple cities / states and this is bar far the worst & poorest operated location of them all. Consistently dirty, consistently out of certain ingredients, consistently slow, and when all the food is available, it’s consistently not cooked well. I can’t wrap my mind around why there is one employee who just stands at the register while one person try’s to prepare the food for the entire line. Every other location I’ve visited, has some type of tag team system where one employee starts the order and another takes over to finish and rings. Here they just shamelessly watch as one person just struggles to do it all while the line grows. There is no sense of urgency, no sense of team work. If it gets busy why not jump in and help your fellow employee out ? At least that way you can get all the customers out so you can just go back to standing around? Don’t know is this is a management thing, or just another case of Gen Z, but yeah, it’s crazy to see.. anyway…. Save your money, save your time, and just avoid this location at all cost. Sucks because this is the only one in this area. Wish Chipotle corporate would step in and save the day.

Placed an online saying the order will be ready at 7:10 “the quickest” didn’t receive our online until 7:30 and we were the last ones to get our online order. The reasoning for the wait was because they didn’t have any steak ready, which I understand because it happens. But what didn’t sit right with me is that the guy cooking the steak and cutting it up not only didn’t have a sense of urgency but was EATING the steak while he was cutting and pretty much contaminated the entire portion of the steak he was cutting up. Obviously the employees there were poorly trained.

I have eating at chipotle many times and I do love the flavor of the food there. The food has very good taste and the price is fair for the portion one gets. I have ordered the burritos many times and I love the taste however the got to do a better job wrapping the burritos on the tortilla. The burritos end up turning into a bowl because is not wrap correctly. The bowl is also very good and the salad. Overall, the food is good and it is good portion for the price.

I don’t eat at Chipotle very often, but this location is great. Very generous portions as you’d expect and staff is pretty friendly. Also like you’d expect, it’s on the expensive side.

Went in for the first time with my family. When I was ordering the guy was annoyed and just rude. He refused to sell me chips and when I asked why he said they were only for online orders. I then ordered a chicken quesadilla for my son, in which he let me know there was no more tortilla, i let him know beans, rice and the the chicken would be fine. I get home and there are no silverware, and my sons plate just came w rice and beans. never eating there again.

Food is always delicious at Chipotle! The chicken bowl is the best! Rice can sometimes be a little undercooked and Service can get a tad slow but worth the wait. The atmosphere always is upbeat with a great place to sit amongst friends and enjoy a quick delicious meal.

Had a nasty experience, they were clearly not ready at 11 am, even though they open earlier. They were just cooking meat portions, they tried to give me meat from the night before, I over heard the guy say it was bad. When I mentioned it to the employee she threw it away, didn’t apologized and offered me other meat options.

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was outstanding-they were especially patient with us since we had never been to chipotle before. However, the drink area was a mess, the seating area was dirty and so was the outside seating area. Glass had not been cleaned. The atmosphere felt unsanitary.
