I used Doordash to order dinner and was sorely disappointed. I notice the quality is usually subpar if I have the meal delivered, but at times I have to bite the bullet if I can’t get away from work. Usually I just deal with the missing ingredient, but today I paid $20 for a meal and received what was essentially an empty container! I have never received a portion size this small at any Chipotle location ever. It was literally a fourth of the normal amount. If I could have left work just to speak to a manager I would have over this (and I’ve NEVER done that in my life!!). If you call the location it’s just an automated system so I’ll settle for this review and showing them this picture in person tomorrow. Suffice to say I will never order from this location again.

By far the absolute worst chipotle I’ve ever encountered….we waited months after opening to try it…we asked If there was cheese and they said I don’t know….here is a side just incase…there was no cheese there was hardly any meat….it was a burrito consisting of rice a small amount of beans a TON of cilantro and such a miniscule amount of meat you could barely see it. They need to fix it or close the doors this food is absolutely aweful. I recommend absolutely nothing avoid this chipotle in fort smith like the plague. Drive to Fayetteville if you actually want chipotle the gas is worth a decent burrito. Or find a taco truck.

This review is only getting one star, simply because that’s the lowest ya can give. Dirty, dirty, dirty! Every time I’ve given it a chance, I’m embarrassed to say I even went. They never have half of the ingredients and not to mention – 7 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing, while one guy handles the entire lobby by himself. Thankfully, he’s quick. Oil all over the floor, ingredients getting mixed in with others but the trash overflowing was the icing on the cake. Where’s management at?

The food was delicious, they give big portions. The workers were friendly. My only issue with this place is that the dining area was atrocious! EVERY one of the tables were dirty, things weren’t stocked up, and the floor was gross. They should have disinfecting wipes available in dining area for customers to use to wipe the tables down.

Came in around 12:30 today and got a burrito to-go. The service was great, the young man making my food had the best attitude, and was incredibly helpful not only to me, but the others I saw him serving before me. He also made me the best burrito I have ever had at this establishment. It was delicious and beautifully wrapped. The young lady at the register had the same wonderful demeanor. They both really brightened my day.

Out of rice, out of beans, my burrito that we paid $11.00 for looks like a child meal. I understand grand opening, but, this means taking extra care, making sure to prepare for customer needs. I am saddened for what we got, the dining area was dirty, every table, drink station was dirty, all other drinks were either empty or almost empty.

One of the most disgusting restaurant ever seen. Ordered chips an cheese dip chips were stale. Took them back asked for a refund and was told to go online for a refund. The crust on the beans made of dried beans on the warming table looked like something at the elephant cage at the zoo. Recommend you to find a better place to go for Mexican. It shouldn’t be hard. Do the public a favor………. close this place down.

We’ll give them another shot b/c we’re aware when first opening that there’s usually things that need worked out, etc. But with that said, additional training is needed for the staff, our bowls were very inconsistent with 2 of them being barely half full, mobile orders or delivery orders (thru outside delivery apps) shouldn’t be taken by this restaurant when they aren’t able to fulfill them in a reasonable time that customers are promised, burrito bowls should not contain half as much food as the other numerous Chipotles we’ve been to all across the midwest, etc. This is the only Chipotle we’ve been to over the years where we weren’t happy with our meal and felt as though we didn’t get what we paid for. Like I said, we’ll stop by again but will be waiting a little while so hopefully they’ll have a better system in place by then.

Went at 3:00 in the afternoon. Place was empty. Tables were all a mess had to clean my own. Waited 5 mins for someone to take my order. (again, no one was in the restaurant) Ordered a rice bowl. Food was good but portions were SMALL! When asked why so small they told me they could give me ore for an upcharge. Told me that they have been loosing money because they are over serving customers. So they are having to downsize servings!! What?! Made my kid’s meal wrong. Forgot my queso and had to go back and ask for it and was told they thought they made it for me already. Rude staff. Messy restaurant. Horrible portions for the price. Usually my favorite place to grab quick food.
