The food is great, the place was dirty, tables were not clean, and water all around the drink area station. I don’t know that I would go back because we live 45 miles away and would need/want to dine in. I will be generous with a 4star because of the food quality alone.

The restaurant itself was disgusting. There was food on the floor and tables. Every single trash was overflowing. The tea canisters didn’t have lids on them so anyone could just spit in it. Definitely won’t be coming back for a while.

I go to Chipotle near weekly where I live since it’s right around the corner and the food is always good. I’ve been to this location twice and both times the steak has been absolutely subpar. Tough, no flavor, needs to marinade in my side of salsa just to be able to chew/taste it. This is completely off brand and should definitely be corrected. My fajita peppers were also cool, definitely not the normal seasonings they put on, and the portion size compared to others is lacking.

The service was horrible…. we got walked passed several times without even being acknowledged. The staff was more worried about getting closed than the line of customers that trailed in after us. The lobby was not clean or stocked. The food assembler could not find someone to ring us up and just kept yelling a name…. nobody came… until the girl cleaning the grill finally came and rang us up. The hardest worker who gave any care at all was working the drive thru side and killing it, as for her co-workers… they need some supervision… I love Chipotle but thus by far is the worst location I have ever been to.

They started out rough, I must admit. But that’s expected for a new restaurant. Owassoans are lucky they have a Chipotle in their backyard, yet they are ungrateful with all their bad ratings of this place. I’m not even in the restaurant biz and I know a new restaurant is gonna struggle at first. Most of these bad reviews are based on the initial 90 days of opening. I’ve been here over 10 times now, and the last 8 have been nothing short of perfect. I’ve been to every Chipotle in the Tulsa area multiple times, and I know 2 of them are 10x worse than this one. Trust me.

I usually order and everything so good, but today i ordered and got hard rice and steak that was basically raw. i’m pregnant so eating raw meat is unhealthy for me and i usually never have an issue with the steak not being fully cooked. i also got something weird floating in my lemonade

Update June 23, 2023. My original review below was posted when the location first opened. We intended to go to Hawaiian bros today but the line was too long, maybe I missed something about it’s grand opening. Anyways, we decided to give chipotle another and we are very impressed. Clean, fast, and everything was cooked right. We are excited to bring this location back into our rotation.

This place is grose and way over priced. I got 2 burritos and a bowl of junk and they charged me $50! The service was horrible, the employees are so rude. I ordered a burrito and they took the tortilla and disappeared around the corner with it. The totally grossed me out. Who knows what was done with it back there. The employees were very offended when I asked for a container to take our food home in. I also had to throw away someone else’s trash and clean the table and chairs so that my family and I could sit down. I can honestly say that I will NEVER be back.
