Went to this location despite not usually going here and was very disappointed. The portion sizes were very small (almost no fajita veggies for some reason) and they had no guac despite having only just opened; when asked when some would be prepared, they gave no clear timeline and answered vaguely. The staff were nice enough, but kindness doesn’t fill my stomach. I would recommend going to a different location if possible.

I was very disappointed this last trip to this Chipotle. I have not had great experiences in the past with this location, but this trip took the cake. Service was a bit slow (no big deal), but they did not manage their food well (were out of steak and veggies for 20 minutes cooking it). They were super light on portions (for me it was on the chicken). They were completely out of guacamole. No signs anywhere stating this, and the employee making the food did not tell anyone until they asked for it (and this was on a Sunday at 12:30… Not the end of the night). I would not recommend this location.

Okay, the food is good. It’s Chipolte, so that is a given. However, they mess up orders so make sure to check you order. I can live with messed up orders from time to time, but if you think about going to the bathroom and have a 1/4 of your food left in a bowl, don’t even think about going to the bathroom. They will throw away the remainder of your food! It is absolutely ridiculous, but just wanted to let those know to eat with an empty bladder or else.

Update: no change in service! Still the SLOWEST Chipotle ever. Still one slow food prepper, two in the kitchen, one guy just standing at the register looking on instead of jumping in to help out, and two people on the side food bar, all with a line out to the door in the middle of the afternoon, not even during typical lunch hour.

STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. This place need help. I don’t know where to start. When I first walked in, I should have walked back out. There was a line of people waiting for the cook to replace some food items. I ordered a chicken bowl. Simple right!!! Well the chicken tasted horrible, plus it was cold. Next the lettuce was brown and wet(soggy) the mix vegetables were 95% red pepper so I don’t think it should be called mixed. I NEED A REFUND

Some of the workers are really nice. But the past few times I went they were extremely rude. Didn’t even ask what I wanted just staring at me angry. I get it, jobs can suck. But I just got off my job that sucks also, don’t need the tude dude. Not to mention that girl who said she’s out of queso and gave me no estimate when it’ll be done just kept going with a gif awful rude attitude she was pisssedddd. I let it slide for a few times but fr y’all need better workers. Then my burrito was wrapped wrong and got ALL over in the tinfoil. Should’ve gotten a bowl. Waste of money and time. Regret ever tipping them.

This location is a joke!! It was so bad this evening that it was almost laughable. Employees are insanely rude, move like snails, tables and drink areas filthy. The portion sizes are so incredibly small at this location. I asked for more veggies on my Tacos and he literally put two tiny slivers on the one Taco. However the guy on the Register can stare at every woman’s butt as they walk away.

My husband and I ordered a salad bowl and a burrito last night. It came very small and the rice in both was hard && crunchy!! I could only eat a few bites and decided to try and get some chicken and there was hardly any chicken, they also forgot the guacamole. Won’t be returning spent $30 on the worst food ive ever had and it made me feel sick after undercooked rice. It can cause food poisoning or make you ILL.

Is this place lacking of ingredients?? I’ve been there a few times and each time they only give like half a serving. You’d think at least one of those times would be redeeming but nope, consistently not great. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra miles to another chipotle in town
