I have been to many Chipotles in Texas and I have to say this was the tastiest I’ve ever been to. The food was delicious and fresh, the steak was well done, the guacamole was perfect. I enjoyed the food. I recommend visiting this Chipotle

I’ve been there a few times. And each time I’ve had a similar experience. But this time it was the worst! Soon as we walked in all the tables were empty but dirty. Literally every table. Then I waited a few minutes to even be acknowledged. Even though an employee came to switch out food trays. A I’ll be right with you would have been sufficient. But no. Then another employee finally came up and helped me. He was the best part of this transaction. He worked hard and made my order. Even though his coworker was obviously not happy being there and helped him very little. We paid and sat down after my husband had to clean the tables and seats. Food was sub par sadly. Chips were stale. And all the trashes were overfilled. All six. People would say maybe they are short staffed but possibly some employees are not pulling there weight. While others are having to pick up the slack. Won’t be eating there again.

Today Sunday at around 3 pm i ordered two “wholesome bowls” the guy didn’t know what the ingredients were. Ordered 1 burrito and he put a ton of rice and like 5 pieces of meat. It was basically a rice burrito. The two guys working were rude too. This location really sucks.

Worst location I’ve visited. Management is terrible and clearly do not care. Food prep area was full of food, tables not clean, no one seemed to care about anything. The auga Fresca station was empty and when they started to fill it didn’t finish before we left. Manager was eating rice out of the pans in front of people. This place is AWFUL. given the number of bad and similar reviews, the corporate team doesn’t care either. They desperately need a new management team.

It is the worst chipotle ever one the sprite was literally sparkling water,chips were so stale,no one in my family had a good lunch it was the worst lunch ever I would rather eat waffles for lunch than this chipotle after I went to the park I told my kids they can go to chipotle we went and they barely had any fun and when we were there they had a drink poured it out refilled it and then it said coming soon let people get the drink totally not even thinking about going back there

Usually ok but often forget items or mess up order but today was over the edge for me order my usual they didn’t add my topping and ended up with this sad burrito bowl its about half of my order and what they did put on they put less than usual

Sadly Chipotle is losing it… I am surprised how people still go there… Chipotle lack customer service and have attitude issues in almost all Chipotle I have visited. I am really wondering if attitude is being trained at this restaurant. I reached out to the corporate about an incident and all I got were 2 standard responses and no actions. Just terrible !!!
