There are two Chipotles in Flower Mound, and this is the one that people should go to. Their food is always fresh and tasty. It is a popular take-out/delivery service location, so there is often a wait…but just plan accordingly! We have never had an issue with “skimping” on ingredients here. And the restaurant is always super clean!

I stopped by this location with my kid to pick up lunch. I found that the store was fairly clean and neat. It was a quick order and a brief wait at the cashier counter. The food was standard for what we normally get and it was hot as expected. The ingredients were nice in appearance and not old looking. The parking lot is small and not really suitable for large vehicles to pull in and manuver around, but adequate enough.

If i could give a lower rating i would, just got food here today. I’ve never been to such a terrible establishment. The workers hate their job and it’s noticeable. Unprofessional managers, unprofessional attitude etc, i would be ashamed if I had any ownership in this location of chipotle. You can bet I’ll never spend another dime at this place, I’ll go over to the highland village location where the people actually enjoy their job. It it worth the few extra minutes to go to the other location, whatever you do- don’t spend a dime at this location

Place an order online, received the wrong order, have a severe bean allergy. My original order had no beans on it. Everything taped to my order had my name on it. But was given the wrong order with beans called the support team they were super inconsiderate and expected me to pay for this wrong order went straight to the store and the manager or whoever was in charge today 5/11 fixed it right away with a smile and Kept his cool and composure, even though I was upset. Kudos to the store…. chipotle support, team, get it together and maybe take some lessons from those that helped me today.

So I decided to try barbacoa for the first time. I ordered a dine in salad bowl with half steak and half barbacoa and a side of guac. Usually half/half of steak and chicken or just steak with guac is $13 something for just food since I slwsys get water. I ended up getting charged $19.76 because I was charged for extra steak and not half/half. I didn’t say anything because obviously the server didn’t hear mecand it would have been her word against mine. I’m sitting here thinking for $20 I could have had a 12oz Ribeye, baked potato and house salad at Texas Roadhouse just a couple miles away.
