The guy who put my food together was either having an extremely bad day or has a really bad overall attitude. He chunked my order into the bowl, there was already a mess he had made, as pictured, and was going to put in 3 strips of lettuce and call it a day. There was food thrown all over the place. I was so looking forward to my food and now I’m not feeling so good about it. It was 2:40 on a Thursday so it was slow, one table was being used when I walked in. I have no understanding of how it could have been so gross in there. Rice was all over the and the foods were all being mixed together by that guy. Finally I asked the girl who was at the register if he was ok, she said it was a long day, which happens but you can’t let it get like that. Also, she didn’t have such a bad attitude. I hope the place looks better in the future and that it was an off day for the guy

Worst customer service I have had at chipotle in years. The guys and girls serving here are just taking people for a ride. Their attitude and gestures made me feel like they were serving my order for charity. Firstly chipotle lost the online order and I had to wait 40 minutes to get them understand my order, then they were out of chicken 1hr before closing. The was just trying to shove something into our bowls without even let me know…ridiculous

Don’t order from this location, go elsewhere, I promise the quality is better elsewhere. This store absolutely doesn’t care and it shows in their orders; this was supposed to have extra brown rice and the bowl isn’t even halfway full. And it was COLD, even though I ordered it right before leaving to get it, and picked it up 7 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Husband’s burrito was completely subpar as well. I’ve given them plenty of opportunities to get it right, but this store in particular just can’t seem to hack it.

Girl raised her voice at my wife for her arm being over the glass when pointing at ingredients she wanted. Rudeness was unnecessary. Then they gave us a bag of stale chips when we ordered chips and queso. Poor customer service and worker attitudes.

I used Uber eats to order a bowl and I selected steak and they gave me chicken which was burnt, they didn’t give me my fijta veggies and they lettuce tasted weird. When I went to get a refund I got 2.81 back my order was around 13 dollars. I will not be be back.

I visited this location today as a result of a mix up of stores. I went with my spouse to get an early lunch and we choose this store because the GPS indicated it was not as far as the other locations. We found that the location was well stocked with food and fresh looking items. The workers were friendly and capable while preparing our food selections. The serving areas were cleaned and neat in appearance. There’s seating inside and outside of the restaurant. There is a pick up shelf adjacent to the cashier. I noted that the handicap parking spots are further down from the front door.

The customer service was pretty bad and the portions of food was even worse and it doesn’t represent what you Paid for. I use to work In this location before and I never service any one like that. I don’t know what’s goin on whit this location but it is unacceptable this kind of service.

While they are always fast with the service they employees always act like you’re “bothering” them by coming in to order?!?! I know the food industry is hard but I always make a point to say thank you and have a good day, I DONT feel like that is too much for THEM to say either or something like that, or at the very least don’t act like I’m ruining your day by walking in!
