Dined in and had to park far away because no close spots were available. My husband placed his order first, and then I was expecting to order next since we’re together, but the employee took another lady’s order before me. The cashier was a bit confused on why we were separated between someone who cut in front of me and the employee who allowed it. The food tasted great, and I was pleasantly surprised to see my favorite soda as an option at the fountain drink dispenser. I never see Pibb soda anywhere in fast food or restaurants. The inside dining area was pretty dirty. Tables were not wiped down, and trash was overflowing. Positive rating saved because of the food taste and favorite soda available.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasted great. They even gave us a large sample of the upcoming steak option. It tasted so good as well. This is our favorite Chipotle.

The employees can easily make or break a customer experience, and that was what happened tonight. These employees on the line (literally all of them) had a bad attitude. I felt like even just telling them what I wanted in my salad was a huge inconvenience. On top of it, I asked for extra protein which I’m happy to pay for, and barely got anything. Yet I was charged for double chicken. The person working the register also ROLLED HIS EYES when I asked for a cup for water, then didn’t even give it. The restaurant had a terrible smell if trash as well. With a million other options in Frisco, I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Welp I rarely do this, but the egregious behavior of Gabriel (Manager) warranted this review! And to think, this whole ordeal started via an incorrect burrito bowl order… The bag had my name on it, butthe contents of said bag was Lydia’s burrito bowl. I’m sure Lydia is a nice person, however we have very different dietary tastes ! I discovered the difference between our tastes, once I arrived back to the office to eat my lunch. Remember the name Lydia, it’ll come up again in this review . I went back to the same Chipotle after I got off from work, with bag and uneaten bowl in hand. I asked to speak with the Manager on duty, once I arrived. After being briefed about what transpired, Gabriel “offered” to have another burrito bowl made free of charge without offering anything else for the inconvenience. Umm, I already PAID for the “FREE” burrito bowl hours ago ⌛. When I inquired about what would be done for the inconvenience, Gabriel became extremely loud, rude, and unprofessional. Two trips to Chipotle for a grand total of one pre-paid burrito bowl without anything “offered” for the inconvenience, that math ain’t mathin’ !!! Certainly, you weren’t taught that in Chipotle’s Managerial Training Program !? Gabriel then “offered” me excuses such as: it wasn’t his shift who made the mistake; I should’ve addressed it earlier with the previous shift; the printer was misprinting labels; and that employees were just slapping on labels without even looking . Its amazing that Gabriel had all of the details of what took place during the previous shift, but had no desire to account for the inconvenience incurred due to the previous shift . I then asked Gabriel to put me in contact with his Field Leader and he went to the office to retrieve the Field Leader’s contact information . Once he came back from the office, he proceeded to tell me that he was out of the Field Leader’s business cards . However, Gabriel had the wherewithal to write the Field Leader’s name and phone number on a sheet of paper ✍ . ALLEGEDLY the Field Leader’s name is Lydia, the same name as the lady who has a different dietary taste than mine (WHAT A COINCIDENCE!!!) . Needless to say, I called the number and left a voice mail message for the purpose of protocol. As you can imagine, I have yet to hear back from Lydia the Field Leader ♂️. Gabriel this situation could’ve easily been rectified and only known by everyone in the restaurant within earshot of your loud voice . Now everyone who reads this review, including your Field Leader and probably someone from corporate, will know about your customer service skills or the lack thereof… Just food for thought, you do the dishes ! I ordered online via the Chipotle app. I ordered two custom burrito bowls. I was 3:20pm when I ordered and I selected a 4:00pm pickup time. I arrived around 3:45pm and my order was already ready to go. I did not interact with any employees. The restaurant was not busy and had maybe 5 people inside.

I have to agree with the other reviews I read. The staff is most definitely not welcoming nor friendly. Please don’t except to be greeted at all. My daughter and I decided to have a after school mother daughter date and she picked chipotle because it’s close by. I’m sure the cashier Talia was having a bad day. Rude as all can be. We all have our days but we also have to learn to as we work with customers and or clients they should not be able to tell that you’re having a bad day. I think entire staff needs to do through more training or maybe it’s the company moral. Whatever it may be I hope they get it together. We know when people are happy at work it shows. Not so good customer service is common for this location which is the reason we stopped eating chipotle unless we go to the one in the colony. I can say…that least this time the rice wasn’t hard and the chicken wasn’t burnt! Thumbs up to the cook working on this day 2/8/2022

The saddest bowl I’ve ever gotten from a Chipotle. They lightly sprinkled in the rice, which I didn’t taste, and they didn’t even ask if I wanted beans, they were just rushing me out like school lunch ladies. People who say, “food is better in Texas.” Are liars. So far, I’m completely underwhelmed.
