I had a decent experience at Chipotle. The staff was generally friendly and helpful, which was a plus. However, I did notice that some employees were vaping while eating What a Burger food which seemed a bit unprofessional and distracting. Overall, the food was good, and the service was friendly, but the vaping was a bit off-putting.

Food was chipotle food so you can’t really mess it up, the facility itself was trashed and not upkept with, the only helpful and somewhat caring about their job person was the girl doing the drive-up/online orders. There was no ice the whole time sitting down eating and no one filled ice machine, 45-1hr.

I live less than 2 miles from this location and I have been ordering from them since the time they have opened and we have had issues with every single order we have gotten from them. It’s missing items in the order, not having enough stock of ingredients going into the order, not having all items for a kids meal like juice or chips, not building a kids chicken quesadilla properly and many more reasons. Chipotle customer care simply keeps giving credit to my account for every bad order but the current meal of ours is already messed up. My kid clearly instructs me not to get from this location and we try to avoid this place and drive further to a different location to get our weekly fix of Chipotle. I dunno what needs to be done to get this location fixed but it has remained messed up throughout its short lifetime.

Ordered Burrito Catering from this location and the customer service was okay. My pick up time was at 5pm, but I called and was able to pick up an hour earlier. I had time to spare so I was in no hurry coming into the store.

My first experience was great when the store opened. The quantity and the taste were good. Slowly the quantity has been reducing and the ingredients have been missing. We couldn’t probably open and check out the to-go orders. We take a survey but nothing happens after that.

Worst experience ever. The turnover must be high because only 1 person out of 6 working seemed to know what was going on. The counters were a mess. Persons behind the counter were checking their phones and – regarding the quality of the food…let’s just say I’m glad I’m vegetarian and have less risk of eating poorly cooked meat.

I love Chipotle. Glad there’s a new location closer to my home. If I had 1 complaint, it would be that the price for a side of hot salsa is not listed on the board. If you’re going to charge, list the price and fill it to the top.

The food is really good and the seating is nice and clean. The staff is great too, you can get double scoop beans, rice, etc easily. The lines get pretty long though especially during Fridays and weekends.
