This place must be without a manager on site. All the tables had rice,beans not cleaned, the fountain drink station was overflowing of ice tra and on the floor. All trash cans were full. Well, just see for you’re self with the following pic. Chipotle, you need to do better.. just imagine how the back kitchen is.. what sad is that they did not look short, staff, or busy! I saw at least 6 employees.

I just picked up an order. It took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was standing there, even though there was no customer in the store needing assistance. The group of guys were too busy talking, checking their phone, and I even saw the one that was cutting the steak eat some. I’ve never had such a poor experience at Chipotle.

Placed an online order that they messed up and customer care/service is just a nightmare. Was asked 8 times what was wrong and 8 times I told them I was missing my order and in place they had packed someone’s door dash in place of my food. And it was like pulling teeth to get this corrected and heaven forbid they make it easy to just get refunded.

Don’t order online unless you want to pay for an empty bowl or burrito. The portions aren’t the same as if going in placing order. The employees are always either upset or looking bothered. The restaurant is filthy food is everywhere on tables on the floor. The fountain machine needs some work the drinks taste watered down. I think I’ll go to another location especially if that means I’m getting what I’m paying for!

It’s a hit or miss, you can go one day and the food is on point and go another day and the food tastes different as if they don’t have the metrics that have to follow on a daily basis. Furthermore, i love chipotle they just needs to be consistent in their process.

Why would you charge for double when you know that scoop was stingy as hell and when I ask you say oh sorry and still charge me extra, the guy drop some guac on the prep line and still scoops it with his fingers to put it back into my plate. I’m shock at the lack of urgency for cleanliness.

We went for the BOGO hockey night and the assembly line was COVERED in sooo many different foods and just not well cleaned. When we got to check out the lady with glasses and brown/dirty blonde hair was very passive aggressive with us and not very nice. We asked for straws and forks because there were none at the drink station and she flailed her hands behind my boyfriends back. Not sure if I will return. But the food was okay.

Would not recommend for mobile orders as they do not keep those orders on the mobile order pickup rack. I waited for over ten minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. When I saw some ready orders sitting in a different area (at the cash register) I asked if mine was there. Sure enough it was. HUGE waste of time for no reason.

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food establishment. My husband and I came in to try the Keithadilla special. The person making our order had no idea what it was when we asked for the keithadilla special that’s online and made us feel like idiots. I told her it was the special shown on their website and she sighed loud and dramatically and said ‘quesadilla’? And said ‘kids or large?’ In the rudest tone. We were there for 5 seconds and right off the bat she was extremely rude for no reason. I don’t frequent chipotle often and came to try this special I had seen online. She didn’t know what it was so I pulled it up on my phone to show her and when I showed my phone to her she screamed at us to not cross the glass , again in such a rude manner that I was so taken aback. She still had no idea what it was and another employee had to step in and take over to make the order. Everyone else was nice enough, it just seems no one had a clue what this special was, which I can understand since it may be new, but no excuse at all for how the first employee treated us, like we were idiots and diseased to dare go near her. This was my first and last time ever at this location.
