Fast food that tastes healthy and nourishing. Whether it actually is that I’m not sure, the rice is slightly oily and the guacamole stays green for a long while. Serving sizes are huge. Overall would recommend for very casual takeaway.

I knew there was a reason Chipotle wasn’t one of the places we look forward to. While they didn’t look short staffed, they were extremely slow. The wait time was so long that we considered other options. Once we approached the counter we noticed that their work area needed a little attention. After ordering and paying for our meal we turned to decided whether or not we would dine in. Well, the uncleanliness of the available tables and floors helped us decide fairly quickly. We would eat in the car. The patio would have been perfect had it not been for the chill in the air. To the car we went. Not one clean plate (or should I say bowl) or aluminum foil on this evening. After a few bites, I remembered why I prefer not to eat at Chipotle. Service.. Food.. Location.. ✅ Overall experience.. time wasted. There are so many dining options in the area. Hopefully the next one will be a better one.

I’m always up for a quick chipotle bowl. It’s probably the only fast food I could eat & not feel guilty after, so it’s a no brainer for me. This location is always pretty stocked & I’ve never personally had any issues. I also really appreciate that they keep the place pretty clean and have friendly staff. Perfect for a quick lunch or meal on the go.

I had a really great experience here and I’ve only been here twice, but this home is different. I feel really welcomed by a man named Holiday and he was just the most politest welcoming individual that I’ve ever met! I definitely think this man will deserves to be moved up, but definitely my food was great and service was appointment. Everyone else definitely will be back!

white guy working the front.. 2 times coming to this location and I had a problem. First time I watched him wash his hands then rub ur nose right after then proceeded to put on his gloves..dirty!! Then he use his hands to break up rice inside of my bowl!! Second time I watch him wipe some food off the counter with his hands.. I asked him nicely just to change his gloves just because I encountered a problem there previously, as he changed his gloves he starts going off to me about how clean the counter is and other stuff.. bruh just say “No Problem!” And change your gloves. Called manager on phone to discuss the situations they weren’t in the store, called other grand prairie store to ask for district/area manager and the manager “Monica” was busy distracted doing something else while I’m making the complaint.. she did not care about the employee being dirty basically,she act like it wasn’t important. What I see and gather from this is that employee and managers from Chipotle Do Not Care about Food Safety and Cleanliness.
