By far one of the worst Chipotle’s in this area. Service was extremely slow and the line was not long (3 people in front of me). I ended up being here for 25 mins for a to go order. Service was so slow. The cook was taking her sweet time putting chicken on the grill and the people on the line were letting her know what they were running low on- she got an attitude. Just awful . I planned on running next door to get Starbucks but being at this Chipotle took up all of my time. Will def not be back at this location.

Horrible… the serving station was completely dirty. When I got to the ordering line and requested a bowl with black beans the guy stated they were all out for the night. Then as I’m checking out I hear another customer ask for black beans he looks back at the back cook and says black beans. Then within seconds he gets a full pot of black beans. He didn’t want to ask the cook when I ordered? No it was just a quick no we ran out, but then easily ask the back cook when someone else requested it. Last time it was the white rice; literally same situation happened. Not to mention how they did my bowl was absolutely messy. I’m done with chipotles in McKinney they completely don’t value how their restaurants looks and don’t care about customers service. I guess I interpreted their conversations between each other. Talking about quitting right in front of customers ♀️

Last night I ordered online at 7:55pm – for a pick-up by 8:15pm. I received my order – only a Quesadilla and a side of Guacamole – at 8:57pm. It is absolutely absurd to wait for 62 minutes on an order. This particular location is always busy and lacks the proper staff to accommodate their customers. There were only 3-4 employees, (One of which was working the “To Go” orders) and about 35 customers in line/waiting on orders to be completed. I could not even find a parking spot, waited in my car for about 10 minutes for someone to leave. The customer service is atrocious and almost non-existent. The manager (an older female) is unnecessarily rude and not helpful AT ALL. She literally exclaimed to the entire store, “I am here alone, everything is 30-40 minutes behind.” This is not my first complaint on this particular location. It appears that upper management can not seem to fix and/or address this ongoing issue. I simply refuse to continue patronizing such a inept and inefficient restaurant. It’s a shame that such a large company that prides itself on cultivating a better world, can not even cultivate and resolve the ongoing problems at this particular location. Do better.

Went here to pick up an Uber Eats order. Ended up having to wait nearly 30 minutes for the order!!!! Meanwhile, I got to stand there watching two girls with absolutely no motivation working on online orders. One other food delivery person just cancelled his pickup and left while I was there. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location for a pickup.

Waited in line for 20 min at 7:30. Such an organized facility. After waiting this long told there would be a 30min wait for white rice. I left with my kids and went to another location where we received great service. I was standing in line like never then it took the other location to make my food. Management really needs to get this place together. I worked for Chipotle in 2004-2007. I hav e ever seen such a cluster. This is the first time I review this site but definitely not the first experience of poor service.

Chipotle just sucks everywhere now. Totally inconsistent. You never know what you’re going to get. But most of the time mediocrity is to be expected. Unfortunate cause it’s been my favorite place for pretty much my whole life but I’m done with never knowing if I’m getting ripped off with the portions, eating charcoal steak, or getting the worst customer service ever.
