I was recently at this Chipotle and the service was TERRIBLE! First off when I walked in the staff was more interested in talking about sugar mamas and sugar daddies than realizing they had customers waiting. I was not particularly bothered until the next person got two items wrong even though I was clear about what I was asking for AND pointed to the items.

Guacamole is not in my diet. I asked them to replace Guac with Queso in my veggie bowl. Guac is more expensive than queso on their menu. They refused. Who refuses a replacement? Any restaurant on this planet makes a courtesy request. Customers don’t come back for just for food, they come back for service. I am disappointed and that was my last visit.

Im currently still waiting outside for them to open. Business hours on the doors say 10:45am. Everyone inside just staring not even trying to tell me hours are different today but there isn’t a sign that says otherwise. Only says January 1st are to resume normal business hours. I love chipotle.. just wish I received better service. Update: the gm kiara told me they were running behind on cooking the steak and that if I give her attitude (which I didn’t bc all I did was ask for her name) that they don’t have to serve me. This is the first rudest experience I’ve ever had in a chipotle.

I had a hard time with this review. The food was good as always but VERY skimpy on portions. It was clean, friendly staff but just VERY stingy. I am sure they are very profitable but I’ll be eating elsewhere next time I am in the area.

Literally i walk away from this location after i was looking at this guy with glasses doing the burritos,salads after he is done he gose to the register grabs the money grabs everything around him he fix his hat and he gose back to the line to make more food with same f gloves on whats the point to have them on if you are not changing the nasty dury gloves for newones before he touches the next customer food disgusting never going back

Line out the door with no one working the counter. Only the app orders being cared for. They stopped making the burrito of the guy in front of me and just left it on the counter for almost 10 minutes while everyone was seemingly in the back. Food was okay. Guac was waaay underripe and hard. Many chips were stale. chicken was fine as was the barbacoa. Underwhelming but a noticeable step up from the location nearest to me.

Chicken was so spicy I couldn’t even eat the burrito. We even went back and ordered a second burrito because we thought we may have ordered the red hot sauce instead of fresh tomato salsa. Second one we got nothing on it but chicken white rice black beans cheese and sour cream. I had to call twice to try to figure put how to contact the store. It just kept directing me to website. I have eaten at Chipotle for over 5 years and this food experience was so bad that I will never go back. When I finally did get ahold of someone at the store, they just said they would look into it. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and this was just bad service.
