This location has great customer service and is always consistent! I’ve been here twice and they always make sure to fill my order up. Their steak is soft & chewy, unlike some other locations where it’s overcooked. The workers keep the lines moving quickly even during busy period. They have a small dining area but most people just get take-outs anyways.

It’s chipotle. Decent bowls and burritos. Crispy tacos are also pretty good. Staff friendliness could be a bit more welcoming but that’s on par with everywhere right now. Definitely arrive at least twenty minutes before closing because they will start pulling meats early here.

Won’t be coming back to this location. Ordered from here multiple times online, hoping each time we have a better experience. But, they skimp on the quantity every time. Barely give even half servings of what’s requested. I had a much better experience the one time I ordered at store, but ordering for 5+ people, online ordering is much more convenient. Sucks because this is the closest location to my home, but not worth it.

This passes for quality at this location. Employees answer the phone and leave it on the counter until someone hangs it up. The “manager” tells you its not his fault your order was wrong and hangs up on you. Very poor staffing and training.

Don’t bother wasting your time to order the quesadillas. They’re incredibly small and not worth ordering a plain meat and cheese quesadilla for $10. And don’t be fooled. If you want guacamole (like is shown in the promo) you have to pay extra. Presentation is sloppy and I don’t even know if it’s worth it because the quesadilla doesn’t even look appetizing.
