My bowl was mostly filled with fajita veggies and lettuce. The rice was hard (undercooked). The tacos were filled mostly with lettuce. Two bites and the meat was gone in the bowl, and the same thing with the tacos. The order was also not ready when promised. We will definitely save our money, and continue to cook at home. This Chipotle was definitely not worth the money spent.

Meats were hard and overcooked, Chips were stale, place was dirty (we saw 3 families cleaning their own tables along with us), rice and beans had no flavor, lemonades container was dirty. This place is new and it quickly went down hill 🙁

I ordered on the app and it was ready fast and consistent. I never really enjoy guacamole, this place was no exception. It’s better than no guac, but it’s not great. I’m sure it’s hard to produce en-masse. Great service! Drive-through pick up was convenient.

Terrible service. When it was my turn to order inside they had me waiting about 15 minutes while they only worked on online orders. I wasn’t acknowledged at all. When they ran out of brown rice for an online order the servers went to hide in the corner. I had to question them as to why they weren’t serving us. I was told because they were waiting on the rice and online orders were priority because those orders were paid (mind you there was a line inside up to the entrance door). The server those were orders and to speak to the manager. When I questioned him he said the same thing, that they would take my order after the online orders were done.

Usually love Chipotle. This is a newer location. Drive through line was long. Inside line was long. Many customers standing around waiting on food from the kitchen. I decided to go ahead and wait. This location needs some help. Service was weak. Portions were off AKA skimpy compared to other locations. See photo. For the prices they charge I expected more. The chips were OK but the bag was only 20% full. I understand the bag is never filled. But 20%???? The bag stands 10 inches tall but the chips were less than 2 inches on the bottom. Really Chipotle???

Usually I love going to this Chipotle cause my order is right. Well today I ordered a burrito bowl with Chicken Al Pastor, imagine my surprise when there wasn’t ANY MEAT AT ALL. Go back to the restaurant to inform them and they want to just give me the meat. I asked for the bowl to be remade and they REFUSED. I thought the customer was always right??

It’s a chipotle. What can you say? All Chipotles are pretty uniform. Service was pretty meh. Our food was prepared in a timely manner, as typical. However, took a bit for someone to come ring us up. The young workers were too busy doing something else and not paying attention to the front counter. Place could have been a bit cleaner. Several people working there and it took a while for someone to go clean things up. When they did they blocked the drink fountain with trash bags without any excuse. With the prices having gone up there to the point that it was $30+ for salad bowl + burrito + one drink and chips it doesn’t feel worth it anymore.
