SHOUT OUT to Nathan a Chipotle Mexican Grill employee in Waxahachie, TX for his exceptional customer service. A few of our co-workers visited the establishment Mr. Nathan went out of his way to ensure our co-workers was satisfied. Mr. Nathan was joyous and smiling while carrying on great conversation while making our co-workers feel welcome. While preparing a veggie burrito Mr. Nathan picked out the onions in the premade onion, green pepper mix due to one of our co-workers not eating onions. Mr. Nathan’s exceptional customer was a Godsend.

They need to pay more attention to the pickup orders! I drove 30min to pickup my food and got home to my order being completely wrong! I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice and they gave me white rice. Did not top it with black beans like I ordered. I asked for Sofritas (plant-based) and they gave my huge chunks of real meat that I had to pick out and throw away. And the meat was a mixture of several different types of meat which was even more strange. I understand small mistakes but my order was totally butchered. This was downright careless and ridiculous.

Absolutely do not go to this location. I ordered my food to be picked up at 8:00. It is now 8:30 and we still have not received our food. This location needs to make it a point to hire more staff and dedicate people to pick up orders. There are about 8 other people waiting on pick up orders and no apology or acknowledgment has been given to anyone. Do not got to this location if you are expecting efficient service. I can understand being a little late on an order but waiting for over 30 minutes is unacceptable.

Just left this location about 30 min ago (6:30pm) and got home and saw 2 pieces of hair in my bowl. I normally have a great experience here but I now see the morning staff is much better than the evening staff. They were very messy (fixing others bowls and burritos while that food was falling into mine), they had my daughter’s tortilla halfway off of the foil and touching the counter where dried up food/liquids were, they were super slow. I am very disappointed. If I didn’t live farther out, I would’ve went back up there and gave them the food back. Very unacceptable and unsanitary.

The food was ok doesn’t taste how it used to. The seating area was DISGUSTING. Food on all the tables it was hard to find a place to sit that the tables weren’t covered in food. The workers were nice and polite. But this store and the food was less than appetizing.

Ordered on the app. It was not ready. After 15 mins I tried to cancel order. Customer service help bot on the app would not let me. Staff in restaurant said they were working on my order next. I continued to wait. Staff had no sense of urgency. Tried to get a refund, but they didn’t know how to do it. Brought me my order, but said queso had another 7 min wait. I left without queso. Total time was 45 mins. I understand stuff may happen, but give people the option to get their money back if they can’t get the product. Or compensate for the horrible service. Was not even offered a drink. Definitely do not use the app.

Waxahachie chipotle absolutely SUCKS, corporate needs to send them more food they are rationing over here! Paid $19 for a double steak bowl, let me tell you I can go outside, dig in the dirt and find more steak than what they put in my bowl. Then I asked for cheese on top the worker grabbed a pinch of shredded cheese and looked me dead in the eye and said “is that all” I felt so disrespected. I literally shed a tear when I pulled my card out to pay. 10/10 would not recommend even to the stray dogs outside

Filthy and disgusting eating area. Forced to order online even inside the store. Not a single table was clean enough to eat at, we had to take our food home. There were large piles of rice and food all over the floor throughout the restaurant

Ordered 3 meals for pick up. All were good except the Steak bowl… 90% fat instead of meat is ridiculous. I understand there is going to be some fat on the meat and am totally ok with that, but I couldn’t eat this. Pictured is what I pulled out after getting a couple large bites of rice, beans, and fat. I couldn’t eat anymore.
