Every time we go to this location it is truly a horrible experience! If you order for pick-up, your order will most likely be wrong. Tonight’s mess up was a quesadilla with NO CHEESE! The staff is rude & just let you sit at the window without even acknowledging you.

Food is always consistent when I go, I never find undercooked/pinkish pieces of chicken or beef unlike the Mesquite/Town East location. My complaint is that they’re not as generous with their portions, it’s not even a full scoop of meat/rice/beans it’s about 3/4 or half a scoop then they move on…if you ask for a bit more to compensate for the small scoop, they promptly inform you that it costs extra. But they never gave you a full scoop to begin with, what a joke! If you’re eating “light” and don’t mind spending over $11 for a bowl/burrito that’s got a half a scoop of meat, this is the place for you…

It’s a chipotle. The food is good but there really needs to be a system To the set amount of meat you get. The ration of protein to just rice and beans is so off. Asking for a bit more is like pulling tether. When ask for extra anything, it’s almost like you’re pulling teeth. Especially with cheese and lettuce. You already barely have me any meat.. you can at least give me more of the toppings.

New store! The employees are super friendly, and the food is super good. I recommend! Prices are getting a bit too high for my tastes, but I’m still going to give it 5 stars out of the sheer friendliness of the staff, the food taste, and the cleanliness of the store.

They got the order correct and the employees were friendly. Only comment for an opportunity for improvement is the online order pickup says to grab food from the shelves but really it’s behind the counter where you have to ask for your food.
