I really like the food at Chipotle, today I got 1/2 chicken and barbacoa. It didn’t disappoint. I noticed the customers were coming consistently, there was about 4 customers in line steadily but we stayed because as a regular customer I know you get through the line quickly. The employees gave the portions at just the right amount. I’m giving a ⭐️⭐️ rating because of how dirty the food station and kitchen were. Food spilled everywhere, containers stacked high. The girl by the lettuce and salsas was using a piece of clear wrap to make a pile of all the food right by where she was grabbing lettuce with the same glove. If I wasn’t starving and didn’t drive 15 minutes to the restaurant, I would’ve left. The pictures I took don’t give a good enough POV of how it really was. Also, the staff just looked unhappy and bothered. Do better.

Every time I come to this Chipotle location, I have to negotiate with the server to give me what I’m paying for. Today was no exception. I ordered a bowl, and this is where the shenanigans started. First, she gave me one scoop of rice, which she had shaken half of it off. I asked for another scoop of rice. Next, we were on to beans. She scooped the beans, then proceeded to shake half of them off the spoon as well. Finally, I ordered Barbacoa, which she timidly grabbed a small portion with tongs, shaking off some of that as well. At this point, she pushed my bowl over to the topping station, where another server took over. I asked him if he could put more meat on my bowl, as it didn’t look anywhere close to the 4oz of meat they’re supposed to put. He argued with me that it was in fact 4oz, then asked if I wanted to pay for double meat. I said no, I just want what I’m supposed to get. He reluctantly added an additional pinch of meat before I checked out. I decided to weigh the meat that was put on my bowl to see if I was off base. With some rice, beans and toppings mixed in, the meat weighed 3oz (probably more like 2.5oz if I was only able to weigh the meat). I understand not over serving, but you should make sure paying customers at least get what they’re supposed to. This location in particular is really bad about it, so I assume it’s a management issue, but either way, they’re ripping people off.

I absolutely love this location. I stop for a quick bite to eat. I’m not sure what the cashier name was but he acted as if I wasn’t telling him the truth about what I ordered and kept trying to ask his colleague to confirm and over charge me. I know my friend and how she doesn’t know what she wants but often confuse people so she told me what she wanted and I ordered for her. I had to ask and confirm my order too many times because the price was wrong until it became annoying. I really love and appreciate this store and staff but dude chose to misunderstand me.

Do you like to order double chicken in your burrito or bowl? If the answer is yes, be ready to get charged for double chicken and receive maybe even less than your friend who ordered regular portion. This place is great if you want your food quick, they serve a lot of people in little time, but they don’t do a great job at serving the correct portions.

Homeless bringing carts in store placed online order was told it was ready got to store had to wait 45 minutes for order to be completed was out of chips when ordered was.told request refund online which I did and was never refunded. Order was incorrect missing the guacamole and queso we paid extra for amd since this is considered the nicer part of Dallas would of expected much better next time we will go to the “ghetto” as we will know our order will be made correctly.

Every time I come here, it never fails to disappoint. The employees have a bad attitude and are straight up rude. The give you half size portions of protein and rice. The last 3 times I’ve been here they have been “out” of corn, cheese, and chicken because they “didn’t make enough”. They had plenty in the back, but apparently that’s for online orders only. WTH? It’s clear not one employee here wants to be present or takes pride in anything they do.

This is freaking horrible! I should have known this was going to Happen! Like come on! I order from Uber eats and this is what I get! Old dried out, Barbacoa that’s hard and burned , mushy rice! The whole entire entree is just disgusting!! Y’all need to do better! Treat us online/deliver orders with the same respect and quality of food as you would with a walk in customer! Just sad !

Very disappointed after paying for our food, no drinks at the fountain machine, lady cashier didn’t offer any refund or suggested any other drinks but Good food, all the employees paying attention on what customers need, not bad attitude. Easy access to walk inside BUT very hard and confusing to exit after dinner.
