First time at this Chipotle. Employees are nice. Food have some taste. Eating area is dirty (tables and floor). I needed to clean one table in order to sit down. Chairs are not comfortable. Some falling apart. Need improvement asap.

The service at this Chipotle location was fast and efficient. Delizabeth greeted me immediately as I walked in the door. She also was able to assist me in loading the boxes in my car. She was very helpful and extremely polite. I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time going there. The woman preparing my food was great I let her know I couldn’t have sodium and she helped me get a bowl with the least amount of sodium in it. It was great I enjoyed it. Will definitely go back.

To start, the parking situation at this location is truly disappointing. Finding a suitable parking spot is always a hassle.

Ordered a double meat bowl for take out. What I received didn’t even have enough meat for a single. If your employees don’t have common sense, then shut down.

Beware for those with dietary restrictions. I personally cannot have dairy and every time I have come to this location, my food gets cross contaminated with cheese and sour cream as employees are flinging ingredients around to be fast and putting serving spoons into peoples bowls when filling up their bowls – the corn spoon was covered in sour cream. Definitely an issue for those with allergies

This is the worst chipotle I have ever experienced. They are always out of anything after 8:45. Tonight I arrived at 9:03 and the workers obviously did not want to be there. Nothing was stocked and the female workers was throwing the stainless steel containers down visibly pissed as more people walked in behind us. One guy walked in, had a mobile order, and wasn’t given his drink or chips. Apparently out of both the items he ordered? Couldn’t even give the guy a refund because it as an online order. No guacamole either, shocker.

I’ve had Chipotle more times than I can count and for the most part always enjoy my meal whether it’s a bowl or burrito. There is really only 1 area where I think Chipotle needs to improve on – consistency. When I get a burrito, it’s a coin flip every time I unwrap the foil. Either the burrito is well-wrapped, or my ingredients are falling everywhere and I need to grab a bowl to catch everything. If the ingredients didn’t taste so good this would be a deal-breaker for me. The same goes for chip quality and portion sizes. Nowadays the chips are pretty much bare and have no salt or lime anymore. Maybe I’m just getting unlucky though when I go. Consistency doesn’t really seem to exist with Chipotle but it’s fine. The ingredients are delicious so I will always come back.

This Chipotle location is fast paced, but they always give healthy portions of quality ingredients. Parking is VERY limited, so be prepared. Otherwise, I recommend it for a great, fast lunch. Enjoy!

This is the third time that I want to this chipotle entreated distrespectfully. I think the fact that there’s Maybe a problem with communication or leadership And maybe that’s why nothing is ever ready or prepped or they’re always out of something Wouldn’t be so bad if the employees weren’t rude. I came in and the one thing that they were out of was guacamole I was told that I was going to have to wait 45 minutes for guacamole and they were also out of white rice. The employee that I was speaking with her name was susan And it wasn’t the fact that they were out of everything. It was how she treated me because I asked questions about their processes and how long things would take. I definitely understand that everything is made fresh and things take time but for someone else’s inconvenience Do they not have a right to ask? How long or what’s next? She completely disregarded my concerns ignored me and spoke to me in a demeaning manner. I’m wondering when I have these questions and her and all of the other employees. See me setting to the side. Why it wasn’t a immediate reaction to go and get a manager instead? Just let everyone pass me And disregard for my time. Finally a manager named George came out and when I was trying to speak with him directly and I asked her name she walked by Aggressively and shouted that her name was susan. I eventually contacted the Chipotle on mockingbird. I believe it is in Main and spoke with them. And they were able to give me the district manager’s name. District manager’s name is stratos. In the midst of all of this. I would like to thank a manual at the mockingbird location for being very helpful! The disrespect that these employees have at this location is going to start with management. The 1st time that I was disrespected. There was another girl on her phone while she was making my food and I asked her if she could change her gloves because she was touching her phone and touching my burrito and she yelled across to me. Would you like for me to change my apron too? It’s starting to get ridiculous. I will never come back to this location again.
