I found a chicken bone in my burrito bowl. I brought this to the attention of the employees, and Jacob (who I’m assuming is the manager) told me that’s “how [the chicken] comes sometimes” because of the way the supplier processes it and that this is “like the fifth time that’s happened.” He wasn’t surprised or appalled, nor was he apologetic. He offered to remake the bowl but I obviously declined.

As I approached the counter, the place was deserted, and the server changed her gloves, so things seemed off to a good start, until I glanced down and saw that the lettuce for the salad was chock full of browning or fully brown pieces. I should have walked away at that point. Then the kind lady who served me struggled to give me the appropriate portion of barbacoa because it was all one giant hunk connected by sinew and unrendered fat. The manager saw the horror on my face as I watched the poor woman’s valiant battle and rushed over and grabbed some tongs and jumped in to help. Together they battled the beast. He continued to shred it and plopped an extra dab on my bowl after I was further down the line (now with no appetite but in too deep to pull out). I reluctantly sat down and found myself confronted by a bowl of massive meat hunks with ropes of sinew lurking within. I kept napkins nearby for hiding the unpalatable. Unfortunately, the salsa covered all the lettuce, making each lettuce bite a fun adventure: “Will it be rotten?” As a fun bonus, there was a giant spinach leaf kind of inexplicably hanging out at the bottom of the bowl. Why, you ask? Does Chipotle even serve spinach? It’s a mystery!

We normally get Chipotle for our office, but today every item on our order was made incorrectly. When we asked about it, they told us we were wrong, but we had the receipt showing we were correct. They admitted they were wrong, and said they would make the order correctly. After an hour they hadn’t started on the order, so we just asked for a refund. They proceeded to refund the wrong order. When we pointed this out, they told us it’s fine because what they refunded was higher than our order. ??????

Went here on your lunch date with a friend the tables were all dirty. We had to ask someone if they could clean them then the girl who made our food was not friendly at all. She never smiled, nor made eye contact and then when asking for salsa on the side, she act as if she had an attitude, the Guacamole was very very chunky like big chunks of avocado in the middle and not mixed up properly. Overall experience was not a good one chicken was kind of overly cooked. Some pieces were crunchy from being burnt .Just overall not a good experience.

Just when I was beginning to think this was the best location on this side of town, and that the rating didn’t represent them, but boy was I wrong. This is my 3rd time ordering from them, and they messed my order all the way up. The unfortunate part is I’ve already made it back home, so my advice to anybody reading this, make sure you check your order if you use the app. They will mess your order up like it’s nothing and keep going.

I just spoke to a former colleague, who had formerly work here, who was in the same Hawaiian restaurant as me and said he had followed me because he was watching to see if they’re open the doors and it was way past the 10:45 a.m. mark, and the staff had kept working and acting like no one was standing outside.

I haven’t been to chipotle in a minute and was craving it. Came in today and it was very busy. When I got up for my turn the server didn’t even ask me what type of chicken I wanted and just picked one for me, then he barley put any chicken in my bowl. The food was very bland and a waste of money. I see why I forgot about this place

DISGUSTING!!! As we were waiting in line for them to put fresh chicken out. The manager walks into the kitchen grabs a tiny plastic container and dips her whole entire hand into the fresh bowl of chicken with NO GLOVES ON and starts eating the chicken with her Bear hands and putting the cup to her mouth. She then proceeded to put the exact same cup back into the tray of chicken to get a second serving and then they put that same tray of chicken on to the line. When she realized I took a picture of what she was doing she she tried to go hide in the back. If this is what they do in front of the customers imagine what they’re doing when we can’t see them preparing our food. I’ve already called the city of DALLAS! This place needs new management or to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY before someone gets SICK!
