All I can say is that (around roughly 2pm) the thin, young African American woman with the long braids who took my order was extremely rude. She even attempted to get smart with me while I was just in the restaurant telling her what I wanted on my burrito. I don’t know if it’s something in the air or if it’s just this general area but there is so much rudeness at so many of these restaurants out here that it’s entirely ridiculous. People like this lady should definitely not be working with the public.

Yesterday we had an awesome experience and awesome food so much we wanted it again today but this time the chicken was still raw and the service was not great. It was a to go order and we never have issues so didn’t think to check and now can’t get an answer on the phone also we got the same exact order yet it cost more? But I’m more worried about the raw chicken. Don’t think I’ll be going back. Very very disappointing

Customer service terrible. I had to turn around and go back inside to get salad dressing for my salad so I ran in without my purse. They refused to give me two dressings without paying an additional $1.25. What happened to customer consideration? These people act like they are doing you some grand favour. Won’t be back!

Only been here twice and got food poisoning both times. The second time I ordered on the app and had a bowl with a side of chips only to get home a see that they forgot my chips. The service was nice, it was just the food.

This chipotle food was not as fresh as I would have liked. The beans were mushy and the guacamole was turning brown. I also ordered a veggie bowl and was charged for the guacamole. I called to let them know but no one Answered so I went back. Just wasn’t happy about this one.

If I could leave a zero i would. This has nothing to do with the food there, but everything to do with the integrity of the manager on duty in the morning on 5/15. A package of mine was delivered there by accident and contained a highly expensive watch. The post office was able to point me to where it was delivered. When I went to notify the manager and retrieve my package, she admitted to me that she personally opened the box, and it was just an empty box. The postmaster confirmed the box was not empty when delivered which I already knew. It is despicable that someone would steal something that doesn’t belong to them first of all, but to be a manager at a very busy establishment with no integrity tells me something about the people the owners allow to work there. I know when you open a box and see a Rolex box you might get excited but IT DOESN’T BELONG TO YOU!!!!!!

This is my first time going here. I got the steak burrito with pinto beans, white rice, sour cream, cheese, guac, and lettuce. Huge! Very good! We got the Berry Agua Fresca and the Hibiscus Lemonade, both were great! And the chips and salsa were good. Salsa had a really good spice to it but had a taste of chilli powder. Overall, it was great. Definitely be going back.

The cilantro lime rice was not cilantro lime, it was white rice. When I asked for fresh guacamole, I was told there wasn’t any fresh guacamole only what was out….the bottom of the container that was brown. If I could give this location zeros I would, even the steak was unseasoned! Chipotle is known for it’s flavor and freshness, Im not sure what this location is offering or how they’ve gotten away with this level of service; but I am disgusted and upset I spent my money here!

We have eaten at many different Chipotle’s across the country and all have been pretty consistently good. While traveling through Texarkana we stoped at this Chipotle, the employees all looked like they were being punished by working there. The place was dirty and the employees were rude. The food was good like all the other Chipotles, but the staff really needs to be trained on customer service!
