The food is good but the last time I went they didn’t have any chicken or fajita greens. I think a food business should have food until the doors close. The service good but they don’t ask about rewards or discounts from the app to help people save money. The atmosphere is normal for Chipotle.

South Tyler Chipotle location. Sadly maybe the worst experience ever. Stale chips for $5. You pay for quacamole and no chips to eat it. When I ask the employees about fresh chips they said what did I expect they cook the chips early in the morning. I expect fresh chips not something that tasted like cardboard. So I paid $50.00 for some of the worst food. The staff wasn’t interested in waiting on our family. Rude & bad food is not acceptable. The meat is all old and looked terrible. I really wish I had taken a picture of how sad it looked. I can’t believe I paid for that garbage. Bye Chipotle you got the last $ from me ever.

Terrible chicken bowl. Lettuce soggy, chicken pieces with gristle, way too spicy. Could not finish. Added chips and salsa. Chips are stale and over salted. They put pico in my bag instead of salsa. What a waste of $15 for lunch. I will not return. .

The customer service at this Chipotle is terrible. I walked up and said that I was picking up a catering order. The lady standing in the drive thru lane looked over and asked what my name was and continued to work on what she was doing. Then 5 seconds later she told me not to block the area I was standing in. She couldn’t seem to relay to me that she heard me and what my next steps were, but she could tell me what not to do. I said I didn’t know that she heard me and didn’t acknowledge that she just told me to got sit down and get out of that area as her next response. Next, the young lady from the counter brought me the box of my food and I said can we check to make sure we have all my food? And she looked at me and walked away with the receipt in her hand. What is wrong with your location?? I would upload a receipt below but I don’t have one. I do catering every other week for my office but I will make sure to never order from this location again. The young lady at the register handed me box and after walking away I checked it, and a bean container was open and had spilled on the bottom as well. Almost like she didn’t even check it she just handed it to me. The chicken was over seasoned and everyone complained it was spicy. Chipotle completely ruined my day.

We especially appreciate Petrus – he is competent and professional and has such a kind, helpful, patient attitude. He is a rare person – you can see it in his eyes; he is joy-filled! POOR customer service. The burrito I ordered online was extremely small, whenever I mentioned it to the manager she shrugged and said “portion control”. What a joke. I see why this place only had 2.8 stars. Now even less. DONE. I will never be back.
