I came in today around 7:15PM. I am not sure what the issue was but I could have made the bowl my self the young lady making the food was not listening and it seemed as if she would rather be somewhere else. I kept my bowl but I am almost certain it’s not right but after constantly having to repeat myself I just said whatever. The serving dishes were empty and the line was a bit messy. I really hope this location improves because it was just very disorganized and it didn’t help that the server was not really listening while I was ordering my food.

These chipotle is the worst, they are stingy with the scoops , they have new worker literally everytime you walk in. The people are rude when you ask for more . You ask for something double and they give you threee little pieces of steak and tell you that’s double . This is definitely one of the worst chipotles by far.

This was my first time eating at a Chipotle since before their 2015 contaminated green onion problem. I ordered a chicken bowl and was shocked at how few selections there were to add to the bowl. I didn’t see any veggies other than some corn mixture. Also, I was surprised that lettuce was situated as one of the last items on the bar instead of near the beginning so it could be created like a salad. They were rather skimpy with the amount of meat given. The person I was with had a steak bowl and said the meat was dry and chewy. I do give this location high marks for their friendly staff and service, but as far as food selection, quality and portion sizes, Freebirds is miles better.

I took my family here to eat lunch on 10/30/2021 and the place was filthy. The trash cans were overflowing, there was food all over the floor as well as spilled drinks. The bathroom was disgusting too. I spoke to a shift manager to express my concerns with the place as it was clearly a food safety (HACCP) violation. Unfortunately, the manger was very distressed making it clear to me that he had brought up these concerns to his bosses and they did not care.

My food is always correct and fresh. I usually get the burrito/ burrito bowl. The chicken al pastor is my current favorite. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist when I request extras on my orders.

Have never messed up an online order. Always appreciate how consistent the food quality and portioning is. My only complaint is they always keep the online orders in the kitchen, they very rarely are on the pick-up shelf preventing you from grabbing your order and leaving seamlessly. Might be due to theft or overall size of shelf? Just an extra step to get someone’s attention to grab your order upon arrival.
