Tiny portions both times we’ve purchased from this location. For $14 for a bowl, a customer is should be able to expect the ingredients to at least reach the rim of the bowl. Unfortunately it appears they’re being trained to give less despite prices being high already.

I had previously written a review 2-3 months ago about the lack of customer service and forgetting things on an order. It’s now been 9 months of trial and constant error with this location. We’ve tried it a couple more times since my last review and it’s only gotten worse. They never add veggies onto my bowl, the rice is usually stale, chips are forgotten 3/5 times, and as others have stated the portions are TINY compared to what is ordered. Disappointed that we have to permanently swear off this location considering it’s so close to home. Take the extra drive down 20 to the Weatherford location, They always get it right.

Once I was about to order 1st thing i noticed was how dirty and empty the food line was, there was flies on the food and food all over the line the man who did my order didn’t even knew where to place the foil to prepare it and didn’t even bother to clean it either. I was about to leave but decided to give it a try (big miskake!), portions are soooo small not worth the price! The kitchen was so dirty and the prep table was full of dirty dishes. Definitely never coming to this location again and continue going to Weatherford!

These workers at the Hudson Oaks are rude. It’s sad a brand new restaurant should be over welcoming if anything. Well, the complete opposite here. I do door dash and I walk in to be ignored, flat out. They were not even busy, 2 people dining in and no drive thru line. Then finally the kid working sd who are u picking up for? Assuming before even knowing. Then slams the bag on the counter and doesn’t say a word. I speak up as his back is already to me, “is this all of the order?” Never does he turn around, acknowledge me but a young lady working says,” yes, that’s all of it.” Horrible customer service.

First off, I’ve seen reviews on this specific place, How hard is it to not burn the freaking chicken. The chicken tastes like butt. The rice tasted a little stale and a little to ricey if ya know what i mean. Anyways the portions are to small the bowls are a good size but they only fill it halfway majority of the time and it’s honestly frustrating. How hard is it to fill the bowl seriously. Anyways workers are okay.

We thought we would try the new Chipotle in Hudson Oaks. The service was slow compared to other Chipotle’s in the area. We ordered a bowl with white rice, black beans and chicken. Rice had numerous clumps stuck together and wasn’t broken up. The amount of black beans served was about 2/3 of normal. Chicken wasn’t too bad, had several fatty pieces. Added red salsa, lettuce (had to ask for more as the young man only put a sprinkle of lettuce on), cheese and guacamole. I wanted the corn but they were out (never seen that before). They were also out of chips (Again, never seen that before either). I was trying to determine which one of the young people might be the manager, as who ever it was needed to manage better. Tables were not being wiped off (cleaned) and one person spilled a drink in the seating area (table, char and floor) and who knows when it was cleaned up as it was there at least 10 minutes before we left. Nobody was even addressing the issue and possible safety issues. I get it that it is new and sometimes supply chain can be an issue but there are certain things that restaurants need to do that are not associated with the supply chain and cleaning tables and cleaning up spills is one. I will go to Wetherford or the Fort Worth area.

After two visits, it looks like my last visit to this Chipotle. If you are in the area and want Chipotle, you may want to drive down I-20 about 4 or 5 miles to the one in Weatherford. FYI – This location doesn’t have a drive-thru. You have to download their app, if you want to order to-go. I have ordered from it twice now. Both times have been sub-par at best. Three steak tacos with six or seven small pcs of cold, gray, steak & very little cheese for over $11. I am deleting the app and just walking away from this Chipotle location. I really dislike writing bad reviews. But, I owe the buying public this information to help them with their buying decision here…

I have given this location many chances and it continues to disappoint. Upon pulling up the building it is ALWAYS dark and no outside lights are on. You can’t tell if they are open. After you determine they are open the staff is rude, inattentive to a customer waiting to place their order, fail to listen and make the order properly, and will argue you didn’t tell them to add that ingredient to your order. Additionally, there are on most occasions several employees who are not working and will not help with the line when it comes to making food and checking customers out. For example 2-3 will be talking while 1 employee is cooking, making food on the line, and checking people out. And it never fails they are ALWAYS out of something and they are not concerned. One night (7PM) they were out of chips. This prevented us from spending additional money with the business. Tonight (8PM) they are out of veggies and we were told we could come back tomorrow to see if they had them then. Oftentimes we have elected to still buy food items from their menu but our NEW practice is to leave without ordering.

We have bought food from the Hudson Oaks, TX location many times, but the last couple of times they only give us half of the food portions but yet we still pay full price. Yesterday I paid almost $100.00 for food and the bowls we bought were 1/4 to 1/2 full. One of the male employees that works their, I’m assuming he is in management, is always rude and acts like he is doing me a favor. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

just placed an online order for 5:30 pickup time. i had to wait 30 minutes and didn’t get my order till 6pm. had to spend my entire dinner break off of work waiting in a long line 30 minutes after i was told it would be ready, and i didn’t even have time to eat it when i got back. saw through the window a worker on their phone, didn’t even bother to hand me my bag that was already on the counter in front of them! won’t be returning to this location.
