I had a REWARD for a Steak Quesadilla so I attempted to redeem it. Before ordering I asked the cashier if I could have it made WITHOUT CHEESE (Allergies). They said no they couldn’t make it like that because it’ll burn the machine. So I then requested to exchange for a burrito or a bowl. They originally said they couldn’t for whatever reason. After debating and damn near making me beg for a redemption of something (I spent money to earn these POINTS) they took a picture of the reward I guess to make sure it hadn’t been redeemed. They finally agreed to letting me have a bowl but insisted that I pay for the guacamole because they weren’t letting me have that for free even though the REWARD indicated it was included. I was just relieved that I got something. They made me feel less than a paying customer. I don’t want to spend anymore money at this location. They seemed to only want to serve CERTAIN people…

horrible service accompanied with low quality food!! Ordered two veggie bowls where I asked for the guac on the side, they still charged me for the guac even after specifying that it comes with the bowl. Did not apologize about the mistake, and was rude about giving the refund FOR THIER MISTAKE. I also found a strand of hair in my food which was DISGUSTING. Will not be visiting this location again anytime soon.

Visited this location on 7/3/23 around 12pm and ordered a burrito bowl to go. Ended up with a horrible case of food poisoning. Quite a lovely way to spend the holiday weekend.

I ordered the kids’ quesadilla with steak in it like I have at literally dozens of other locations many many times. These folks wanted to charge extra for one scoop of red salsa for the kids’ chips that come with the meal. Only one other location has ever mentioned an extra charge but backed off and served me the little scoop when I told her that I’ve never been charged that from any other location. These ladies weren’t backing down, so I told them I’ll go to one of the other locations in the area that has never has any problem serving the salsa for the little serving of chips and walked out.

Chipotle is great but I would avoid this location. Last time they didn’t have dressing in the take out and this time it looked like I paid $9 for an appetizer/ hardly any lettuce. Poorly run and managed establishment.

Visited this store tonight and was unimpressed when I asked for a “side” of rice, to go along with my burrito. I received a 4oz condiment cup worth of rice which cost me $1.10. When I asked if I could get the larger paper container (perhaps 8-10oz?) of rice, I was told that the rice could only be sold in this small container. So, I took my thimbleful of rice and went on my way. I should have gone next door to the Asian place and picked up a reasonable side of rice. The burrito was good, however.

This location is very small and pretty untidy. It is at a primo location, which is the main reason it does so well. Saw this draining from trash bin as I walked in and headed for the order line. While eating, I saw everyone who walked in look at it and do the same thing. It’s probably cola that leaked out but still …

Been going to this one for a long time be sure of martial arts nearby. 8/11 was the worst I have ever had. Advice don’t not order online, you will get ripped off on the portions. Burrito was smaller then a dollar bill, my son have a bay leaf piece in his bowl, and the didn’t even try to probably put together the kids meal we got. I wrote. Great review for them months ago but now they are just disappointing. Picture of the bay leaf that was in son’s burrito bowl that I had to fish out.

They never clean the tables. Also, don’t ever order the barbacoa: half of the meat that they give you are huge globs of fat. If you order to go through the app, they give you tiny bits of whatever meat that you order rather than the good stuff that they put on the line. I’m done with this location.
