Haven’t been to chipotle in years so I was excited to try them. The ordering process and food items are pretty much the same. The customer service and employees are excellent and very attentive towards guests. I had only 2 individuals in front of me so placing my order was fast & easy. This location did have an issue with their system when it came to checking out. The system had to be rebooted and another customer and I had to wait an additional 5 mins to pay. Regardless of this mishap the employees were professional and handled the situation well. I ordered the barbacoa burrito and chips and queso blanco. My entire meal was delicious!! The freshness, flavor, and taste of every item I selected was worth the price. I see why chipotle is still the go-to spot for many people. Everytime I pass by the location on Rosedale it’s packed and the parking is horrible. I forgot this location was here not far from Rosedale. If I’m craving Chipotle this will be my go-to location. The food and service from Clarissa was exceptional.

Came here before the lunch rush (11:15 ish) and had a great experience! ordered a salad bowl with a side of chips and queso. Everything was fresh and tasty! Folks at the counter were friendly, greeted me upon opening the door and were happy to help me. I love this great customer service, thank you for an awesome lunch!

This location sucks. Tiny portions. Every table looked as though it was wiped with a filthy rag. Also, I do not recommend the new guajillo steak. I was really looking forward to it, but every piece was full of gristle to the point where it couldn’t be sawed through with the available plastic knives or chewed for that matter.

They’re doing this online orders thing. You can walk in and they won’t serve you unless you log into their website and order that way. Added like 10 minutes to getting my food. I was the only customer and they were standing around waiting for orders, then once I put my order in, it still took 10 minutes to come out. Talk about inefficiency. Customers waiting for food while employees are simultaneously waiting for orders to fill.

This location is *consistently* bad. If you want to get dinner after 8pm expect for them to be out of several items and/or for their cash register to be down. Its beyond frustrating as this is the closest Chipotle near me This happens *all* of the time. They reallyyyyyyy need new management. Anyways, the Chipotle off Rosedale is superb.

Just left and the girl that was making the bowls was so rude! I asked for extra meat and they act like they are the ones paying for it. She didn’t give me any as she turned around and “pretended” to do so. If I’m paying for it why do they get so bothered. She made a face the whole time and just had an ugly attitude.

Understaffed, understocked, frequently missing/out of items (and if it’s out of stock they may not tell you till AFTER you have paid for the food, so don’t do Doordash/Ubereats from here), and some employees are rude. Like, if you pay for food and there are missing items and you tell them about it, they’ll just act annoyed, blow you off, and move on to the next customer without acknowledging it, let alone apologizing or offering a refund, as if you did something wrong telling them you were missing something instead of just taking whatever they decided to give you and keeping it moving.

This location is always out of something like rice or chicken. I’m currently waiting for white rice for a pickup order. I’ve been waiting 25 mins now. Who knows how much longer. Always always like this with this location, I need to stop gambling that a simple order will be simple.
