Ordered online, and when I arrived, it wasn’t ready when they said it would be. Had to wait 5 more minutes, even though there was nobody in line and only two bags waiting to be picked up. Not too big a deal. When the order was ready, they didn’t have fajitas, or so the woman told me. I asked how it was made. She said, “Like the ticket said.” I responded, “You said you were out of fajitas.” She said, “We are.” “So is it just cheese,” I asked? She flopped the ticket at me. So I asked for the manager. He came out and didn’t care about my order or the attitude of his worker. He actually blew air at me. These aren’t even great burritos. They are just convenient. QDoba is less than half a mile down the road, and that’s where I’ll spend my money. Being rude overrides convenience all day, any day. Update: They didn’t put my chips and queso in the bag, either. They obviously don’t care how anything turns out. Never again.

Don’t order from here for dinner hours they never have most of the ingredients and they take hours to make your food even if they’re not doing anything walked up to them and they claimed their system was down so I had to order right there, they gave me the smallest portions even if I asked for more they said they didn’t had anymore of what I wanted extra. The manager was very rude and careless about everything. And to top it all the food wasn’t even fresh the chicken had a funky taste

Overall this is not the worst chipotle I’ve been to trust me the locations in Waco are a lot worse but other than that the workers are overall nice and the store is always clean food can be good or bad usually good when I come here not had any problems with this location and it’s close to home. I always order online and don’t seem to have any issues with anything. My boyfriend absolutely loves chipotle it doesn’t usually disappoint.

Rated 1 start because I walked in and the 2 girls and 1 dude that were behind the counter around 1:30pm today were at the front talking and me and another customer walked in the all 3 looked at us and just kept talking making sure they finished their conversation before hand and while they were getting my food the conversation picked back up.

Melila was the rudest person ever. Body language speaks volumes. As well as the way you hold your mouth, eyes, and the way that you move. Immediately upon our entrance, she yells out in the ugliest tone, “we are out of almost everything,” as she is waiting on other patrons.

Well that was quite an underwhelming experience. The place was only had maybe 4 patrons in it and I could see why. I was given a bowl that was only about half full but would normally be piled high. Low on every ingredient and I got only 4 shreds of lettuce even though the prep now was almost full and they were scraping the bottom of the pan for cheese for me and gave me a light sprinkling but pushed me along when I asked for some from the next batch I got a look, and another light dusting. The chips were also stale and cold. And the ice machine out of order. The restaurant was atleast clean but that’s about the extent of what was decent about it.

Service line moves slow EVERYTIME I go in and idk what goes on here . There are 2 young managers(I assume theyre managers because they look to supervise) they just dont help the line workers, they talk nasty rude to them, almost barking when they ask a question. Idk why they rush to close the store at 10 when the same 2 cars stay parked up there until 2am. They run out of food all the time. If thwy spent more time prepping rather than laughing and touching and kissing then maybe they wouldnt run out. I work a few doors down so i know I am not mistaken. This is a nightly thing

I order online because I’m in a hurry. Every other Chipotle gives you your drink cup with your order on the shelf except for this location for some reason. I’m sick of having to stand at the counter and wait for assistance to ask for a drink I already paid for. Next time I’m hopping the counter and getting it myself.
