I placed a drive thru pick up order on 3-14 . The pick up was late and rather close to closing (9:20pm) my husband had to make a stop before he got the food so he arrived at 950pm. Well he gets the food home and I pull out our meals. My burrito was half ate and half wrapped. I was furious and disgusted, I jumped in the car and drove back .I arrived at 10pm and went inside. All of the workers just stared at me and then the manager came out. He sacred shocked that I would even bring it to them and basically insinuated that I probably ate it .why I would decide half way through my meal to run back to chipotle and accuse someone of eating my food , idk. The accusation was insane , he didn’t offer a refund or to make it again (I realize they were closing down ,so I didn’t expect that) after saying “we don’t take bites of food” he told me I could come back tomorrow for a remake. It was such a dry and unprofessional encounter for something so insane! What type of people are working here that they would eat a customers food and still send it to them? I’m So disgusted and upset . Avoid this location!

When I went in the lady that was preparing the food wasn’t too friendly she didn’t greet me…She asked what was I having and I informed her and the serving that she gave wasn’t even a full spoon but I paid for a side of the Sofritas and it was $3.15 but look at how small it was ♀️ ♀️ they could have gave more meat and less juice for $3.15 I was drive out my way to continue to go to the one on Bryant Irvin Road

Customer service here blows. The employees never seem happy, never smile, are never personable. I’ve picked up food in the Chipotlane a few times and each time I have to sit at the window for several minutes before I’m even Acknowledged. I see the employees look at me but they just ignore.. its really not that hard to say “Hello, we will be right with you!” Then once they answer its so blunt and short- “Name?” And a bag handed to me and the window closed.

I’m an out of state visitor who stopped at this Chipotle last night and was disgusted while waiting to order for three when the man preparing the food cleaned his nose with his hand and continued taking orders. We didn’t order anything after his nasty & disgusting way he didn’t care people were there to order food to eat. I will never go there again. Our health is more important to us than some!

Every Chipotle that I have been to had been lovely with the exception of this one. I came in to place my order for the sofritas. The lady that was helping me told me to wait as she brings more to the front. Then a man comes up to me and states “we are no longer selling sofitas!” It is 6pm people are getting off work and you mean you just stopped. When the others told me that there was more in the back. I asked for the manager and the guy said we don’t have one. Avoid this location. The customer service is not good and if you are a vegetarian, they will run out of sofritas.

If you ever have a problem with your order at this location don’t expect any understanding nor professionalism whatsoever. My daughter placed an order for a bowl, and upon getting home she found a spider in her bowl. She takes the bowl back up there explaining to them what happened, and they began to laugh at my daughter. After it took them while to decide what to do they replaced order by making go get in line instead of just taking her receipt off of her bag to remake the order. As she is going down the line they were out of steak at the time, but believing that there was some steak to take from the Pick-up order line. Nonetheless, a very bad experience and we will not be returning to this location. We will drive out of our way to the Burleson location for better service.

I don’t think I’ve eaten at Chipotle before….if I did, then I don’t remember it amd this would be my first time. Had the Pollo asado burrito bowl on brown rice, tofu, black beans, Pico de Gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. It was SO big!…. But i ate it all! The chicken was a bit dry and salty, so I think i will pick a different protein next time. Will definitely eat at Chipotle again.
