I ordered for pick up! It was waiting for me so that started off right! I was already getting hangry lol, but the only a few complaints. I asked for extra lettuce didn’t get that! The rice wasn’t cooked all the way, it was still hard but I still ate it!

This is the dirtiest Chipotle location I’ve ever eaten at. They don’t wipe the tables enough. That had been going on for a while, but wasn’t enough to keep us away. Until today’s experience where the staff was unfriendly and wanted to argue over and charge EXTRA for sour cream being an “extra side”. We order the same thing always at all locations and this has never been an extra charge. I was not trying to take advantage of their portions by any means. I will never go back to this location ever again because it seems that they have their priorities backwards. Customer satisfaction and cleanliness doesn’t matter I guess.

The customer service wasn’t the best, unfortunately. The lady that served us completely didn’t want to be there today in my opinion. She slapped everything together with one spoonful even when you asked for double of everything. The watermelon limeade is gross. The cashier was friendly and the placed seemed decently clean and was conveniently located.

Food is normal Chipotle food but the girl (mexican, black glasses, and hair braided to the side) that “helped” me was excessive rude.. It was just barely 9:00pm when I walked in and right off the bat she never welcomed me or anything. “What can I get for you” was the first thing out of her mouth.. I’m never expecting awesome customer service because it’s just a bunch of teenagers working their first jobs.. but at least a “Hi! Welcome in!” would be nice.

They have a habit of messing up orders through uber eats but this last time is rediculous. I ordered a veggie burrito and got quacamole wrapped in a tortilla. No beans, no rice, no salsa just quacamole and tortilla.

Didn’t even wanna leave a 1 star tod0ay was my first time in. 4 people where working yet nobody could take my order the 2 lady’s were standing talking while I was trying to have dinner with my daughter. I asked if someone could take my order Carina said that I would have to wait until she was done talking to her coworker before she could take my order. I asked her how long would it be she said when she’s done. Being that fact that no one was in the place I wasn’t understanding why she couldn’t take my order. After standing for a several minutes she finally decided to take it and put a small amount of rice and a small amount of meat as if she didn’t wanna take my order so I just told her don’t worry about it cancel my order sorry I bothered her. I still sit with my daughter and watched her eat her meal. Horrible service!! Thanks for ruining my lunch with my daughter Carina!!!First time in I’m almost certain I won’t be back if that’s how you guys run your business.

Great food, absolutely horrible parking lot. A big enough of a pain in the rear that I will avoid it, but during non peak times it can be worth the trip. The only thing on the menu I don’t like is the queso. It has to be reconstituted from a powder and if it isn’t then it’s the worst cheese available. The shredded cheese is terrific though so I don’t understand why one is so bad and the other so good.

I remember a time when the steak was moist. My order this evening, the steak was extremely dry. It was absolutely horrible. Chipolte has gone down tremendously. It’s sad. $19.00 wasted.
